Fabulous New Modern BEACHFRONT condominium located in a secure community and within easy walking distance to the town of San Juan Del Sur which is located south of Managua airport and only 30 minutes from the border with Costa Rica. The condominium is 'right on the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and all amenities. There is a private beachfront clubhouse where you have the facility of self catering with kitchen/bar area. There is a beautiful infinity edge swimming pool and spa and direct access to a lovely stretch of sandy beach. The Clubhouse on the beach has sunloungers that you can enjoy and Free internet access.

The condo is located south of MANAGUA airport and close to the border with Costa Rica. Transportation can be arranged from Managua airport or the border to the condo in San Juan del Sur with a reliable driver in a nice air conditioned vehicle. The complex is in a gated community so very secure. It is amongst many luxury homes and has a priveliged BEACHFRONT location. One of the few accomodation that enjoys DIRECT beach access. It is easy to walk into the town either along the beach or on a paved road and takes a mere 10 - 12 mins. Swimming is secure on the beach and for the more adventurous there are several nearby beaches for SURFING. Transportation can be obtained from the many surf stores in town

We had a wonderful time in San Juan Del Sur. Christine and Joe went above and beyond in the services they provided for us. We had been in Costa Rica the week prior and Christine made all our travel arrangements to get us to Nicaragua. They met us in Costa Rica and helped us cross the border, which turned out was a bit complicated. One of us had washed our passport in Costa Rica so the Nicaraguan border was not going to let him cross. Christine calmly dealt with this as we couldn't speak a word of Spanish. After some negotiations we made it thru. Christine had a driver waiting on the other side to take us to the condo. They met us there and checked us in theirselves. We were so lucky to have booked with them. The condo was beautiful, their wasn't many people there so some days we had the pool to ourselves. Make sure to check out the rooftop patio. We didn't discover it till the last night. Such a beautiful view from up there. Thank you again Christine and Joe.

Wonderful property with gorgeous views. We went with my elderly father-in-law. Very comfortable. Walk to town was a little bit much for him but is actually quite close. Would stay here again.

The condo is at the far end of the beach, a bit out of town but it's nice to be away from the loud night club music. I stayed there with my 90 year old parents. At first they were intimidated at the thought of walking into town. We walked in and took a cab home. By the end of the stay, they were walking both ways. The walk wasn't a problem for me. The condo was clean and well equipped and the view was wonderful. Vladimir did our driving and was very responsive. We went on several trips with him. The trips were very interesting and he was very patient with my parents' limitations. He also cooks and made dinner for us one night - one of the best meals of the trip. Christine was available via e-mail and always got back to me within minutes whenever I needed her. We truly enjoyed out stay and would highly recommend San Juan del Sur and the condo!
