We spent our honeymoon at Villa Noche and it was the best experience - we couldn't have asked for anything more. The home is lovely, clean, well-maintained, gorgeous view of the bay and Sjds, super helpful/competent/awesome staff...the entire package. We fell in love with Nica and ended up coming back to live for 6 weeks after our stay at Villa Noche. We didn't have to worry about one thing, it was a seamless and stress-free vacation. We received great insight from the home's staff about all of the must-see attractions in Nica, they drove us to our destinations (so we didn't have to worry about renting a car and navigating to our excursions) and the house was clean and food was healthy, safe and delicious. You will absolutely adore the home's staff - Memo, Armando and Claudia are absolute gems and we quickly became friends with them.
We will definitely be coming back an bringing family/friends in years to come. You must stay at Villa Noche. Beware: You may just fall in love with Nica and move here just like us. Thank you, Travis, and the entire Villa Noche team for an inspiring and unforgettable experience. -

Just returned from Sjds and we had a great time. Villa Noche is beautiful and the staff (Memo, Claudia and armando) could not have been nicer or more accomodating. They really took care of us. You really do have a great location...never seen such beautiful sunsets. The town of San Juan Del Sur was great for us. It is still not really developed (which we liked) so it is not full of thousands of tourists. Even though our Spanish is poor, the people were very nice to us and it was a real pleasure. We have done a lot of travelling in our time, including many trips to the Caribbean and Mexico, and this trip was one of our very best. We were so impressed with the food in the restaurants in town (and at the villa) and how reasonable the prices are. The Sunset Cruise and our fishing trip were great, and "Captain" Joey took great care of us. All in all, a simply wonderful time.

This was the best vacation that we have taken! We usually visit the Caribbean, this time we decided to try Central america. The home and the ocean view are more beautiful than the pictures show. The staff was awesome! They were friendly and very accommodating. They provide a level of service that exceeds many 4 star resorts. We enjoyed every meal so much that we took pictures of our plates before eating! Villa Noche is definitely a repeat vacation destination!!

You can't beat a birthday that includes the view from Villa Noche, so spectacular to wake up to, and sunsets you can lose yourself in forever.
The house is so comfy you may never venture beyond the gate, or out of the big chairs, and you don’t have to, because the adorable Memo and Armondo will see to everything you need. If you are up for exploring, the charming village of San Juan del Sur is just minutes down the hill with yummy restaurants, fun nightlife, and new friends to meet.
After a day out on the surf, retreating to Noche to lounge around the pool with cocktails and dinner is heavenly. The only thing that could have made my stay better would have been my friends singing Happy Birthday a little less off key.
Thank you Travis for your fabulous house, can’t wait to be back again. -

I have made plans to stay at Villa Noche for the past two summers. I love San Juan Del Sur and the people who live there. I plan on going back many, many more times in the upcoming years. Villa Noche is an absolutely beautiful house with everything you could ask for. It has a great infinity pool (where I spent most of my time), great rooms and just a great vibe all around. Each room has its own bathroom so you never have to share with anybody! The master bedroom is to die for and the bathroom in there is great!! The staff here is unbelievable. They will do anything to accommodate you and are always smiling and happy. If you are not interested in visiting town, the personal chef can make whatever you want for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff can also get you whatever you need if you want to make all of your own meals. All in all this house is my little bit of paradise. I would visit every couple of months if I was able. I strongly recommend it to anybody planning on traveling to San Juan del Sur!!

Villa Noche was even prettier than the website had depicted. It was a secret paradise that I did not want to leave. I will definitely be vacationing here again. The staff is top notch. They are friendly and make sure that your every need is taken care of immediately. The view is unbelievable. This is the perfect place to vacation with your friends, family, or husband or wife. It is by far the best vacation rental experience I have ever had.

This is one of the few places i have stayed that turned out to be even better than advertised. Winding staircases, three full bedrooms and baths, a full kitchen and dining room, an eternity pool…… you can see the ocean from almost every room. High-speed wireless internet was all throughout the house and it worked (fast!). There was also a complimentary Vonage phone that allowed us to make and receive calls easily (dialing a us number was just like dialing it from the us) making it super easy for me to keep up with work.
Even better than the beauty and amenities of the house was the staff--- Claudia, Memo and armando. We woke up every morning to armando making fresh coffee and squeezing us mango juice--- and his banana pancakes? Incredible! After a day of fishing they would cook up our catch and we would eat pool side while watching the sunset. Claudia kept the house immaculate and even did our laundry. On top of all of this they also managed to keep my toddler endlessly entertained – showing her the birds, lizards and flowers in the garden- Armando even built her a little make shift kiddy pool on the side of the eternity pool. By my third day there I felt comfortable enough to let Claudia babysit while we went into town for dinner a few nights. We felt safe (and spoiled!) the entire week.
This was pure luxury for a shockingly reasonable price. I cried when we left and I’m counting the days until we can take a trip back

I made my way down to San Juan Del Sur for a fishing trip with my brother. I wasn't sure what to expect but would have been happy with a hostel. Instead my brother booked this house high on a cliff with a pool. It was great. The guy that cares for the house met up with us in town so we could follow him up the back roads to the house. He was very helpful through out our trip including lunch and beers for the fishing trip. He cooked the fish that we did manage to catch for dinner and the best thing was driving us home after a few crazy nights down in town. It was nice to have a staff that really looked out for you.
