This can be rented as a 2 bedroom house for 200/nt, a 3 bedroom house for 6 people or you can add on the 1 bedroom apartment which makes it a 4 bedroom. for 8/9 people..This can also be rented by the bedroom like a B & B..The "Premier Suite" is 139/nt, The "Encore Suite" is 119/nt and the "Affordable Suite" is 99/nt, including a full breakfast every morning and use of the kitchen...You can also rent the 2nd floor,2 bedrooms w/balcony 220/nt. Holiday pricing is more at Christmas/New Years & Easter. YOU CAN ALSO ADD A STUDIO APARTMENT,making it a "4 bedroom house" for an additional 100/nt. 400/nt for the 4 bedroom option (500/nt at Christmas & Easter). When you rent the "whole House" you are responsible for all of your meals,including breakfast.

This house is perfectly located. Just a short cab ride from town. The owner Randy was amazing at making sure all aspects of our vacation turned out perfect. Randy was like having a personal assistant who booked everything for us and made sure we had a perfect experience. The rooms were clean, daily housekeeping was nice, breakfast every morning was perfect. Randy even helped us hire a local cook for evenings when we wanted to dine-in. The meals we had at the house with the cook Randy helped us hire turned out to be our best meals. This house is well taken care of. The security for the neighborhood/house was reassuring. The private pool was amazing for cooling off. Covered shade areas were wonderful for getting out of the sun. Strong Wifi signal. Drinking water was provided. Lounge chairs were comfortable. I would not change a thing about Randy our his house. If you are planning on visiting this area I highly recommend staying here.

The house is very nice and the views are spectacular. There is a beach right below the house, about a 2 min walk. The house is private, but not far from town. When you do need to get to town there are inexpensive taxis. Randy was very helpful before we arrived and during our stay. We had great breakfasts cooked for us every morning. I was celebrating my B-day there and had the private chef Fabiosa come in and cooked us an amazing lobster dinner. Overall a great time.

Great location. Superb help. Very safe. Quiet except when the howler monkeys were going off which was really cool. Short walk to the ocean. Close to town. A lot of bang for your buck: breakfasts were superb, local cellphones provided, Randy is well-known in the town so he's like a travel agent and can set you up with myriad opportunities at low prices (ask about horse riding in advance b/c they tend to book up fast and be sure to check out the volcanoes and grenada), etc. Just a great place to go especially if you don't know the area yourself because Randy's so helpful.

We rented the house with another family so had one teen and 2 young children and it worked out great with the rooms, having the pool to play in, cooking some of our evening meals in the kitchen and Randy graciously giving us a lift to town and the grocery store. We will definitely be back!

Casa Del Soul is the perfect place to stay when exploring Nicaragua! First of all, the location offers the best of all things Nicaraguan: a pristine, stunning view of untouched coastline beach, a hillside perch to hear and see tropical wildlife, and a reasonable invigorating hike to the quaint village of San Juan Del Sur. While exploring the rustic wonder of Nicaragua; its sparsely populated surfer beaches, sustenance farming communities, and the bustling beach town of San Juan Del Sur, Casa Del Soul proved to be the perfect respite upon return. My comfortable, spotlessly clean, well-appointed bedroom with a gorgeous private bathroom overlooked the bay: its peaceful beauty the first thing I opened my eyes to every morning. My room had a balcony with comfortable rocking chairs for quiet, shady reading. My ‘first cup of coffee” each morning was a quick jump in the well-maintained swimming pool below my room. A full, amazingly delicious breakfast (usually an omelet, fresh local fruit, toast, fresh squeezed orange juice, and local coffee) is made for you, per order, whenever you are ready to eat! The open air dining allowed me to take in the breathtaking sights of howling monkeys, hummingbirds, and flocks of screeching parrots while sipping my coffee. Lolling around the premises was a relaxing delight, but the huge breakfast is definitely a catalyst for a full day of hiking to town, day tripping to Granada, or exploring the many beaches of the area. By evening, a call ahead to Carlos (the trusty taxi man) on the cell phone that the overly-accommodating host ,Randy, gives you during your stay, and you’re safely back on the other side of Jesus(the gigantic statue that overlooks San Juan del Sur). The stars are so close to your balcony, you can almost touch them! My highest recommendation ever! I would return in a heartbeat!

We had an amazing time at Casa Del Soul! Randy was an extremely great host helping us set up every aspect of our trip. We would definitely recommend his place to anyone. The view from Casa Del Soul is breath taking and it's just about a 8 min drive right into town but you feel far away from the noise. We had the most wonderful time.

The house was beautiful. It has amazing views over a picturesque Bay. You can see very few other houses so even tho you are close to the town centre you feel like you are tucked far far away. Randy was the most gracious host. His local knowledge was extensive. He made it easy to provide what the clients wanted. If he didn't know he knew the right locals that did.

This place was out of a dream. Everything you could want and more! Randy is the nicest guy and keeps a very tight ship. The views from the patio(s) are amazing over looking a bay that came straight out of Pirates of the Caribbean. Quiet, private, and secluded this is a perfect place to get lost from reality!

The house is very impressive. Super clean with everything you need on site.
It is great to be able to use the high speed internet while relaxing poolside. We where able to stay in touch with the us when we needed to. The dinning table served as a large meeting table between the healthy meals.
The house is set close to the water in a private cove. On this trip me and my three colleagues had private rooms and lot's of usable common area as well. Great views in every direction.
Randy and Brenda made sure all of our needs where taken care of. This place is a "no brainer" while in Nicaragua. Plan on a few extra days because you are going to love it here. -

Just spent a week at Casa del Soul and have nothing but wonderful things to say about Randy, Brenda, Chucho the dog, and the other staff members. Randy went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was memorable and fun-and it surely was. I highly recommend Casa del Soul to anyone who wants a relaxing stay in a breathtaking setting. I think this would be a great vacation spot for friends, couples and families. I miss the views, Randy, Brenda, Chucho and the people of Nicaragua already! Go---it's worth it!

Casa del Soul is a small boutique type bed and breakfast...set on a hill with a breathtaking view of a bay adjacent to San Juan del Sur. Randy was extremely helpful, hospitable and went out of his way throughout our stay to make our time very, very comfortable. The rooms and property are done in a modernist style with colonial accents. Great breakfast, very very nice rooms, beautiful setting, great host...you won't be disappointed.
