Talanguera Townhomes are perfectly situated on the northern end of the harbor in San Juan del Sur. Mainly a pedestrian area, this community is quieter, more established and removed from the hustle and bustle of the town of San Juan’s activities… but only a short walk should you want to participate.
A small development of townhomes with ground floor studios and two level 2 bedroom units with private roof terrace accessed via spiral staircase from the living room balcony. Whilst some units are still being built there is already a lovely completed swimming pool and landscaped grounds.
