This 4 bedroom 3 bath home offers two separate wings and makes it a dream location for couples and families alike. You can enjoy the spectacular ocean views and sunsets from our covered palapa or private pool. If you like adventure you can hike the hillsides, zip line, sport fish, hunt, sail, ride horses, or surf, all within minutes of the house. You'll need to rent a car to use while staying here, but we suggest you rent it here locally, and we'll help you arrange transportation from the Mangua airport. The area is currently under development, but we are far from any new homes. Our home was built in 2010, and overlooks three different Pacific bays. The off shore breezes offer great surfing and you are just minutes away from great surf, beaches, horseback riding, zip lining and sailing adventures.

We stayed for 10 days with our extended family, three couples and two kids and had plenty of room to relax and stretch out. The pool was nice and refreshing and was well maintained, cleaned daily by the care taker. There are excellent breezes that keep you comfortable during the day and air conditioning available if it gets hot at night. This house is the very top of the hill with no other houses above it so it is very private. Currently the road to the house is very rocky and you need to rent a 4 wheel drive vehicle or there are 4 wheel drive taxis available to take you to and from town. We are in decent shape and we walked to and from town which wasn't an issue, but the hill might be if you are not in good shape. We rented 4 wheeler atvs and had a great time. You also need 4 wheel drive vehicles or atvs to get to some of the best beaches as they are down long dirt roads. The town itself has everything you could want including an amazing bread bakery and fresh fish vendors and a fruit and vegetable market and many good restaurants and bars. We felt safe at all times with our young children. The owners are wonderful people and nice to deal with. The pictures are a good representation except of the sunset...the sun sets are amazing, probably the best we have ever seen and you can't capture it with a picture. Enjoy!

A great place to visit, a very nice place to stay, private, relaxing, good owners to deal with. Stayed august 17th - August 24th, will go back again for longer next time.
