This 5700 square feet house has 4 huge bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths in the front house and 4 more bedrooms 2 baths in the backyard (like a basement). 2 big family (the size of the biggest one is 22 x 30), panoramic view in the back of conservation area, parking for 5 cars and more off street, big gazebo for your family reunions, balcony, ceiling fans,... air condition consoles in every bedroom, great cross ventilation, exterior jacuzzi (10 x 10), exterior BBQ, new kitchen with granite counter tops and illumination system, and other nice spaces to be relax, working, enjoy, in a nice gated community with security around it 24 hours. the house come with laundry (dryer, washer), nice stove (electric), refrigerator, water heater, entertainment center, linens, towels, kitchen things, etc..

If you need transportation we pick up at the airport for $35 ride (all can fit with luggage) or 2 minivan or 4 van (15pasenger) rental. NO CHARGE FOR MILEAGE, UNDER 25 MORE THAN WELCOME, ONLY DRIVERS LICENCE, NO CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL DRIVER, NO CREDIT CARD NEED. WE change the Car RENTAL RULES in the industry. The house has a lot of beds, 3 king, 3 queen, also 1 queen sofa-bed, 5 double bed, but if a group comes in i have other 15 single beds, and easily can sleep up to 40 persons with the attachment house with another 4 bedrooms in the backyard (same lot). WE TRY TO FIND ACCOMODATIONS WITH THE BEST HOSPITALITY, SERVICE AND RESPONSABILITY. IF I DO NOT HAVE AVAILABILITY MY BROTHER HAVE HOUSE OR APARTMENTS NEARBY.

The house have 6 TVs, cable TV, and it have hi-speed Internet for FREE.

I accept money orders, managers checks, visa, MasterCard, American express, travel checks etc.

The place is near everything, malls (5 minutes), fast foods, beaches (5 mile direct), casinos, hotels, airport (main at 8 minutes, also the beaches).

The community address for GOOGLE MAP is on third light of 181 expressway intersection of route 876 and 846. The exact location of the cardinal point is: latitude 18'22'50.07'N and length 66'1'17.09'W

US citizens, no passport needed in Puerto Rico. 2 gazebos in the community, basketball-volleyball court, playground, quiet and private with security 24 hours, panoramic view in the backyard with sunset terrace, near main expressways. we accept pets and also smoking outside the house. Activities and Attractions: All water sports at 10 minutes beach by car, horse riding, tourist places, 25 minutes to old San Juan forts, museums, local and international gastronomic restaurants, night life, huge theaters, biking, snorkeling/diving, bowling, mountain adventures, golf courses, shopping malls like Plaza Las Americas (biggest in all the Caribbean) tennis courts etc..

Vacation Rental Rates::

The rates are for three nights minimum stay, but we do EXEPTIONS REGULARTY for one night with groups that comes from the cruise lines and want to know about Old San Juan and our culture too. The normal rate is $325 the night for 8 persons (like $38 per person per night). Additional persons are $25 per person per night. CHILDREN UNDER 4 YEARS DO NOT PAY. ALSO IF YOU HAVE A BUDGET LET US KNOW TO SEE WHAT I CAN DO TO SATISFY YOUR STAY. Please inquire for rates due to changes of seasons, holidays, groups or we can quote a package if the house is VACANT. $235.00 one time administrative/cleaning fee for groups UP TO 10 PERSONS, Over 11 is $250.00, of this huge house.   I took a group of 36 people to Puerto Rico in april 2012. Michael went out of his way to make sure our stay was wonderful. In fact, we hired him to guide us around to some destinations as well. By the end of the trip he was like one of our own, and everyone had a great time. The accommodations were just what we were looking for, and everything was in order. I hope to return within the year.

  Thanks for your trust in me and family. Thanks for the opportunity to have my kids and my mom with same group. We have a wonderful time too to have your group at my house, and the last night at La Parguera was more that we were expecting.

  We stayed at this house for my Bachelor Party and were told that we would have the guest quarters to stay in because Michael could no longer rent this house out due to a lawsuit, BS I believe he overbooked it and was not professional enough to be honest. First of all the ceilings are 6 ft tall the toilet clogged everyday and worst of all he was staying in the main house with company and his family so we did not have privacy, we gave our 500 deposit in January and were not told about this until 2 weeks before, he scrambled to make our quarters last minute the day we arrived. I was so embarrased with my 11 guests that I paid out of my own pocket.

  First, This is Michael Pietri, and my houses are for corporate or family oriented, church groups, teams, etc.. and I told Chris Legorreta, in January that he can't stay at my main house for a bachelor due to the loud party and drinkers and the association did not permit this for security reasons and neighbors. SO I'm living the house with my kids & family doing some remodeling and I gave the option to return his $500.00 back in first dates of January, he TOLD ME I ONLY NEED A PLACE TO SLEEP, You HAVE SOME ROOMS? He CRY practically and try to book others with no luck. I help his group with pick up at airport at no charge (normally $35) and they arrive home for my extra rooms. I told him do not take baggage from VAN until you see the rooms. They AGREE. I show the backhouse (like a basement with 4 bedrooms 2 baths air contitioner etc.. They did not have all the money to pay their stay when arrive, I let 8 people (he bring 12 guys)I just let them free (supposed to pay$25 per person per night) my friend rent him a minivan and they do 2 trips everywhere because they do not have money to rent another car and sometimes put 10 people in a minivan. At end they agree to pick up my friend at house to bring him to airport, and what they do is drive the van to airport and take the flight without living parking ticket and cost us more. They are not good tenants, leave beers & liquor everywhere in backyard. Young guys did not appreciate what we do as hospitality.
