  This was our first time ever renting a vacation home and i was a little leary, but John was so wonderful and easy to work with. He was very accesible and we had no problems. The house was amazing. Great view and a real outdoors experince.
  
  Great location it took us about 15 minutes to get to old San Juan. The only suggestion (which John warned us about) I have is to change the beds to full or queen beds it was somewhat of a hassel trying to get everyone situated.
  
  The price was so good this was a hard deal to pass up! Even with the trouble with the beds I would definitly stay here again.
  
  Thanks again John, we had a blast and we really enjoyed the home.

  Fabulous place

  I stayed here with a few of my friends for a few days and the place was beautiful and worked out really cheap considering there are 5 bedrooms which can hold up to maybe 8 people extremely comfortably. The house is a beautiful mansion located on a hill in the middle of the rainforest. No sightseeing needed the rainforest is in your backyard as well as a lovely pool with tables, chairs, a bed, and benches for lounging or just hanging out and taking a drink by the pool. The location is not familiar to most cab drivers so a rental is recommended. I arrived to the residency between 4-5am and got lost finding the place for about an hour but Mr. Peterson is excellent with service he answered the phone 4am and helped our cab driver find the place! He was there to answer any questions, and to help us accomodate with anything concerning the house. Extremely helpful & important in a foreign place. The house is extremely safe, I forgot and left doors unlocked a couple of times but the place is so private it wasn't a problem. The house is perfect whether you travel with kids, or a bunch of friends, there are two living room areas one outdoors & also one inside which was perfect concerning the weather conditions when I arrived. The place is extremelyEvery room had an aC with an remote which was surprising but what was more surprising was that each of them worked!The master bedroom is definately the best with its own private bathroom- a jacuzzi as well as a stand up shower, walk in closet, its own balcony which I even slept outside one night because of the amazing view & atmosphere. Overall place was fabulous, Mr. Peterson was more than helpful, and I will definately be staying there again.

  Wow! ...talk about unique and the view outstanding.

  Get yourself a good road map and if you don't know spanish, Puerto Rico is very spanish.
  Once you find the villa you'll get the wow! factor the moment you park the car... The main portion of the house has the bedrooms, bathrooms and somewhat of a family room. The bedrooms are basic, two are really set up for kids, one with trundle, one with upper bunk. The two bathrooms have an open air garden in them. There is a laundry area off one bathroom behind the mirror slider. The second floor is totally the master suite, huge walk in closet, king bed, the bathroom has a seperate shower, jetted tub for two, bidet, etc. the large glass windows add to the expansive view. Don't worry because there are no coverings on the windows...this villa is very private. The balcony from the master bedroom overlooks the pool below and you feel as though you can touch the tops of the palm trees. Leave the windows open at night, there were no bugs when I was there and the sounds you'll hear when the sun goes down and the stars come out is totally inspiring. If you've never been in the amazon jungle at night, your in for a real sound experience. Don't worry about the geckos, they are harmless. There is a resident cat, he shows up around late afternoon/evening, a real luv'r and hangs til morning.
  The pool is not heated, so the early morning dip was quite an eye opener, yet refreshing. There is a nice gazebo for afternoon relaxing and a gas grill too by the pool. The steps to the pool were not lighted at night, but I mentioned that to Mr. Peterson as were some switches that didn't turn lights on, I assume the bulbs were burned out. This villa is very unique, you'll fall in love with it and hate to leave as I did. There is a very good restaurant just outside the gated entrance going south on PR1, it has a bakery attached to it. Check it out you will not be disappointed.
  Would I choose to stay here again...you bet. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I enjoyed mine.
