This place is in an awesome location, steps to beach, nice neighbors, great local restaurants. It's not in tourist central but has a nice mix of locals and holiday makers. For me it was absolutely ideal as I was in PR for work and this place gave me a homely feeling in a great neighborhood. Easy walk to a variety of great food and drinks. Also very safe and family friendly.
The owner Odette is very nice and a pleasure to deal with.

We stayed in the house of Odette , she was absolutlty kind and very helpful !!! the house is the same as you can see on the pictures , it was clean, the beach is pretty and the place was safe and secured.
You can be confident by chosing this rental.
We thank you very much Odette , she able us to spend wonderful holidays in Puerto Rico.
Hemos alquilado la casa de Odette , eso fue muy agradable , Odette es adorable , nos ayudo mucho !!! estaba presente todo el tiempo si necesitamos algo. La casa esta exactamente como es mostrado sobre las fotos, fue limpia, la playa es muy bonita, el barrio securizado y a cerca de todas las facilidades . Puedes alquiler esa casa con confianza .
Un gran gracias a Odette que nos ha permitido pasar un maravilloso tiempo en Puerto rico . -

No frills, clean and comfy beach house. An amazing alternative to expensive hotels. A stones throw from the beautiful and warm atlantic Ocean. We swam night and day without a problem. In a great area, frozen yogurt, bars, food, Walgreens, all within walking distance. Friendly and attentive owner, in constant communication. I have fallen in love with this place and I will be coming back!
