Relaxing mountain loft with a rustic style located in Las Pendientes Ski Village, a few hundred meters away from the ski slopes.

Set in the middle of Lago Lacar National Park, at San Martin de los Andes, this loft offers the perfect opportunity for guests seeking a skiing experience that combines the convenience of having the slopes at your doorstep with well deserved confort and warmth needed after a day of skiing.

This loft is a well equipped home with ample space to enjoy and rest from a busy day outdoors.

The cold room, to enter the house, allows guests to remove wet and dirty clothes, ski boots and outwear before entering the living room, so they can arrive dry and confortable to the interior. It is equipped with a washing machine and dryer as well.

The living room has an enormous fireplace with big futons on the sides to enjoy a warm ambiance in a cold weather. The surrounding nature can be enjoyed through double hight windows which end with enormous wooden beams that cross the ceiling.

The open kitchen has plenty of space to cook while enjoying the outside view of the woods. It surrounds a big square family table.

Upstairs two open bedrooms one with two double beds, the other with a queen bed and a flatscreen TV. There is a shared bathroom upstairs. The other bathroom is downstairs, accessed through the living room. Both are equipped with shower.

Getting around

In WINTER guests can enjoy skiing at Las Pendientes Ski Village as well as in Chapelco Ski Resort. For beginners, Las Pendientes Ski Village offers ideal conditions with two ski runs with easy slopes a few hundred meters away from the loft. This allow guests to ski in and out of the home as they please. More experienced skiers can go to Chapelco Ski Resort to seek more challenging slopes. To access both set of ski lifts (Las Pendientes and Chapelco) guests must purchase the corresponding ski passes. Guests also have access to Ski Rental and Ski Classes at Las Pendientes Ski Village, conveniently located by the ski slopes.
