This wonderful retreat is just right for a San Miguel gateway. Located on a quiet street just 1/2 block from Parque Juarez and 2 blocks from the center of town, this home is a charming reflection of San Miguel style and comfort.

Upon entering, you will enjoy a beautiful architectual elements with a festive decor of colonial Mexico, such as Talavera tile and handcrafted ironwork throughout. On the first floor there is a living room complete with cable TV (ABC, NBC, and CBS), if you want extra channels, we can add them at the clients expense), a dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom and office area.

On the second... floor, there are two large bedrooms with full private baths that both have double sinks. One bedroom has a queen size bed and sitting area. The other bedroom has a king size bed, both have high thread count linens on the beds. The home also has wonderful natural lighting and a roof top terrace complete, with a seating area for outdoor dining and entertaining.

Casa Lucy has Wifi, a Vonage phone (free calls to U.S. and Canada), and maid 3 days a week. The maid can cook at your request for an extra charge.

The house is next to Hotel Matilda, a new boutique hotel, here in San Miguel, that offers fine dining and an amazing SPA!

Casa Lucy also excepts pets with an extra non-refundable pet deposit of $150usd.

  We are happy to provide the first review of Casa Lucy on Tripadvisor. This was our first visit to San Miguel de allende and we wanted to rent a house vs. staying at a hotel. We heard that Premier San Miguel was a reliable source for rentals and we chose Casa Lucy for its location and reasonable price. It was just two of us and the two bedroom, three bathroom casa, with full kitchen, living room and rooftop terrace was more than we needed but it was nice to have the extra space. We stayed 7 nights.
  
  The pictures online are a good representative of the casa. It is tastefully decorated in a Mexican motif. The casa was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We would describe the casa as homey and comfortable but if you're looking for high-end amenities and service this may not be the place for you. The maid comes 3 times a week. There were plenty of extra towels provided. Soap is provided but you'll need to bring your own shampoo and if/when you run out of toilet paper, you'll need to buy more yourself. Free wi-fi is provided and it worked perfectly. There is also a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The rooftop terrace is nice but provides no memorable view - go to the Luna Tapas Bar atop the nearby Rosewood Hotel for a drink and wonderful sunset view over the town.
  
  The location is excellent. It is 5 or 6 blocks from the Jardin which is just close enough to the action but far enough away not to be bothered by any late night noise in the centro. However having said that, San Miguel de allende is not a quiet place. The church bells start ringing at 6:30 am and many evenings are punctuated with rockets and fireworks. The garbage truck arrival is announced by a loud clanging bell down every street and garbage gets picked up several times a week. After a few days, we were used to the noise and actually found it to be a bit charming.
  
  Premier San Miguel was very responsive and easy to work with. Both Katharine and Marisol were very helpful and the rental process went smoothly. I would not hesitate to rent from them in the future.
