This beautiful house, located in the Centro just minutes from the Jardin (main square), has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Casa Nueva Vida can sleep 4 to 6 people comfortably having 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, 2 twin beds, and a day bed.
The master bedroom has outstanding views of the Parroquia and the master bathroom has radiant heated floors to help warm you up during cold winter nights or mornings. There is a kitchen in Casa Nueva Vida which is fully equipped with new appliances.

We just returned from our one week stay at Casa Nueva Vida in lovely San Miguel de allende, Mexico and cannot recommend this home more. I have been to San Miguel de allende (SMa) many times, and this was by far, the most comfortable, impeccably decorated and conveniently located of every house I have rented there (which is saying a lot since the other homes were very nice too). It was also one of the most reasonably-priced, especially given the multitude and quality of Casa Nueva Vida's amenities.
The house itself is perched on a hill overlooking the town and its many churches and has long views of the mountains surrounding San Miguel de allende as well. It is only a few blocks from the main square, the Jardin, so you get both the wonderful view plus a very short walk down the hill to all of the town's main activities and restaurants. Admittedly, the walk back home uphill is a little tough, but it was always easy to find a cab and the $2.50 fare when we were feeling lazy or had groceries to lug home. But we often opted for the little bit of exercise we can all use!
This is not a typical rental house with average or merely acceptable furnishings and cheap decorations. Rather, they are as high in quality and comfort as I have found in homes for personal use only. Add in the beautifully-tended potted plants and gardens that are abundant in this home and it could not be more welcoming. And Hortensia, the house cleaner/assistant who comes in 3 days a week not only keeps everything immaculate, but also could not be nicer.
The house has wifi, telephone, tv and everything else you might need. But you will find that you would rather sit on the rooftop patio taking in all of the sights and sounds of the town. Or you can opt to settle into a comfortable chair in the the gorgeous living room to read one of the many interesting books found among the large and diverse library.
Although I traveled with family, this house has so many separate living areas (indoor and out) that traveling with a group where you might like more privacy is entirely possible in this home. There were even times when it took me a little while to find where my husband was hiding, which was usually in the quiet, flower-filled garden just outside of the living room. I think the sound of the fountain relaxed him!
I am reluctant to post this because I would hate for this home to become more difficult to book again (which I fully intend to do), but I think it is only fair to the others on this site who's insights and recommendations I have come to rely upon in making most of my travel plans.
