This newly renovated tranquil oasis in Centro is beautifully furnished and decorated. There are two bedrooms in the main house, plus a casita that can add a third bedroom to the property. With an uncompromising attention to detail, you will feel pampered during your stay at Casa Estana. This property is a delight to the senses!

When you walk through the front door you are greeted by a bubbling fountain and surrounded by light and clean spaces with a layered neutral color palette and textures. From the entry foyer, you can enter the casita or keeping walking through a stone courtyard to the iron gates that lead into the main house. On th...is level, there are two courtyards, with lovely stone fountains. The living room and its adjoining dining room make an elegant space for entertaining, served by the spacious kitchen.

Upstairs, you will find the master suite, including its dual-sink bathroom with a bidet and large tiled shower, and a terrace with lounging area. Also, on this floor is the second bedroom, which features a walk-in closet and a bathroom with tub. The separate guest casita has a shower bathroom and a private terrace with cafe table and chairs, plus a mini fridge to store drinks. All the bedrooms have top of the line linens, a gas fireplace and its own flat-screen TV. An additional 42-inch flat-screen TV is in the third-floor den/media room, which also includes a Bose theater and Blu-Ray DVD system

To make sure your needs are met the house..is loaded with special amenities � a total of five fireplaces with remote controls, in-floor radiant heating (for an extra heating cost to those who want it), Bose music system indoors and out, wi/fi Internet access throughout, two cell phones for guest use (each with $10 USD credit to get you started), a digital music library with 80,000 songs (also able to play CDs), an iPod Bose docking station, hairdryers and bathrobes in each bathroom and a cable phone system that provides free calling back to the U.S. and Canada.

The sleek marble kitchen on the ground level is fully equipped with juicer, microwave, coffee grinder, espresso machine, electric tea kettle, dishwasher, five-burner stove, convection oven and a whole-house water filtration system. Up on the third level of the house, in the first of two roof terraces, you will find an outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill, fridge, two-burner stove and sink. You don´t have to miss the sunset to refill a glass or make a snack it´s all there for you with this mini-kitchen on the terrace. On the second roof terrace, you have a wood burning fire pit and seating, so you can enjoy the church views of San Miguel.

Maid service is provided six days a week (Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and on Saturday from 9 am to 3pm ). Emma the maid does laundry twice weekly and ironing 6 days a week. Emma also can prepare your breakfast (her cooking services are included during her regular hours, but you pay extra for the actual food) and an occasional mid-day comida. She is available for after hours cooking at the guests expense. Please ask the rental agent.

You can rent either the main house alone for up to five guests (with king bed in the master, queen bed in the second bedroom, with a sofa bed in the media room perfect for a teenager or child, as well as, add on the casita to have an extra queen bedroom to accommodate up to a party of seven. TThe house is suitable for two or three couples, or if you want something more intimate, than you can just rent the main house.

Casa Estana will accept guests with one small dog (up to 25 pounds)with special pet requirements and an extra daily rate, plus pet security deposit. Please ask the rental agent for more details.

As a welcome to our casa the owner gives the guests a special amenities basket at the start of each rental period.

Main house PLUS casita by 1-6 people in three bedrooms and media room/den:

Weekly - $1800 USD

** For guests with one small (less than 25 lbs) dog:

Add $250 USD week to rental rate (extra for wear/tear), PLUS $250 USD additional refundable pet deposit on top of regular refundable security deposit

  Casa Estana in San Miguel de allende is over the top!

  From the moment you step into Casa Estana to walking up, fresh squeezed margarita in hand, to the rooftop terrace for the views over this beautiful city and the Parraquia, to nestling into your luxuriously outfitted bed, you feel very fortunate to be staying at this luxury villa. Every detail has been carefully thought through and nothing is overlooked. Veronica, the sweet housekeeper, goes about her work quietly, efficiently and unobtrusively. She squeezes fresh juices and will make you breakfast or lunch if you plan ahead for groceries (we did) and made delicious guacamole, fresh salsas and terrific Huevos Rancheros one morning. The sound system is amazing with thousands of songs to choose from, the wi-fi worked flawlessly, the chef's kitchen is completely equipped. Israel the house manager responded to requests quickly and efficiently, reservations for dinners, car service, no problem! The little cookies (Mexican Wedding Cakes) in the waxed bags sealed with the house logo placed bedside the night before we left was a lovely sweet send off. The location just a few walkable blocks from the Jardin and surrounded by fabulous restaurants makes this a very convenient location. We will be back as soon as we can! And in the meantime, will tell everyone this is a must stay at villa!
