Denver, ColoradoVery clean and comfortable rental
Left on 01/20/2013 for a stay in November 2012
My wife and I stayed for a month in this rental in November. The house was very comfortable and very clean and exactly as advertised. The rental was managed very professionally, the house manager was friendly and very responsive, and the maid kept the house spotlessly clean.
The town and the townsfolk were wonderful and very friendly. If you are interested in art, culture or history you will find lots to do. The weather was superb and it is a place where you feel very safe. We will certainly return again.
The house is a fair distance out of the center. We walked occasionally into town but most often we took the bus. The bus stop is only one block away from the house and buses were inexpensive, frequent and actually a lot of fun.
The house is also fairly close the Mega superstore which turned out to be very convenient. There are few large stores in town and having one so close is quite a bonus.
We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. -

My husband and I enjoyed a week in this home during the Easter festivities in San Miguel. It is very beautifully appointed. Although it was a little further from the center of the historic downtown than we expected, it was very close to the Mega supermarket where there are always taxis available. For about $2.50 you can go just about anywhere within San Miguel. I recommend it.

San Miguel allende is an easy destination. The available transportation from the airport makes this city accessible and convenient access. The home is well appointed; the furnishings are comfortable and not shabby like many rentals. You can walk to the popular destinations in town, take a bus one block away, or take inexpensive cabs. I was there 6 days and still did not experience the many sites -- I am going to return!

Left on 12/13/2011 for a stay in January 2010
My husband and I were very excited when we found this property to rent. Fully equipped and everything worked as you would like; the internet, the washer/dryer, kitchen/bath and gas fireplaces etc. Beds were very comfortable too. The terraces were nicely done and great for sitting out. The maid/gardener/manager were friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood was nice and we met several people on our street who were very friendly and helpful with information. Pls note #40 next door is also a beautiful house to stay in. The Mega store is just around the corner and has all the foods/drink you need and other items. We walked to the centre of town every day, sometimes twice. If you have not been to San Miguel you will find it full of surprises. The parks, markets, restaurants, festivals, architecture offer so much to see and do you cannot get bored. Only drawback was our month ended and we could not extend it. We had booked for 2012 but had to cancel due to health but will be there next year!
