Description
A beautifully restored (2008) two bedroom, three full-bath adobe home just 4 blocks from the town square in the center of historic San Miguel de Allende. Spacious and light-filled rooms throughout the house enhance its peaceful ambiance.
Casa Francisco has 2,500 sq. feet of living space plus a spacious open courtyard, 4 gas fireplaces and a rooftop terrace with wonderful views.
Double-filtered running water (UV & particulate), washer & dryer and housekeeper service 5xs/week (M-F) for 3 hours each visit. Cable TV, WiFi and Vonage international phones plus local Telmex phone service included. Bottled water for cooking onsite.
King bed in master suite and 2 twin beds in guest bedroom. Both bedrooms have en suite, full bathrooms. Tasteful artwork throughout house. Fully equipped kitchen.
Parking may be arranged for about US$75.00/month extra with advance request and depending on availability in parking lots nearby.

This home is a peaceful and tranquil space to relax for guests and is within a very comfortable walking distance to the festivities, restaurants and conveniences the historic center of San Miguel offers. Nine sets of French doors and other East/West facing windows allow for sunlight to fill the home morning and afternoon.
