San Pancho is Approx 45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta on the most beautiful beach in Mexico! Where the lush jungle meets the ocean!! When you do come into San Pancho, stay on the main street and come directly to our Calandria Realty office. We are very easy to find! We are about a half a mile down on the left side (south side) of the main street. You will see the signs. If you come to the ocean... turn around - you have gone too far!

This place is adorable, but is best for 10 or less adults. We were 12 and used up all the water twice. That meant no water until it came back on the next morning. The extra air mattress just wasn't comfortable for 2 adult cousins to share. Unfortunately there is a rooster farm across the street, ( the roosters crowed all night, with some loose ones crowing right outside the windows) and packs of dogs ran free and barked randomly throughout the night.
The bungalows were clean and very comfortable. It was so nice for each couple to have their own fridge in each bungalow. The showers delivered a ton of hot water, which is probably why the water ran out. (we also cooked and washed a lot of dishes with so many people.)
San Pancho is great and I would recommend this property for 5 couples who like to spend time together and can sleep deeply. -

We stayed here site unseen and had no regrets. The place consists of one main house with two bedrooms and 3 bungalows surrounding a small pool and a beautifully landscaped area. The house has its own kitchen and the 3 bungalows share a well equipped outside kitchen plus each has a small fridge and a coffee maker. We were lucky because for the most part we were there alone. I could definitely see renting this place with a group of friends or family. It is an easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants of San Pancho. A very quiet place for a good night sleep. The owners are wonderful people and were very attentive to our needs. When our travels bring us back to this location we will not even look at other places to stay unless of course this is booked.

We stayed at ananda's Bungalows for nine days in December 2011. The bungalow, though small, was very clean and neat, with plenty of hot water for the shower! The refrigerator in each bungalow is an nice extra. The shared outdoor kitchen area is an excellent facility, well stocked with all necessary appliances, utensils, and dishware. The patio area, with the lovely pool, is a quiet respite from the busy life in the neighborhood, and sunny in the morning and cool and shady in the afternoon. The location is a typical Mexican neighborhood: colorful, busy, interesting, and safe. Geno and Elvia were very friendly, interesting, and helpful, providing information regarding San Pancho and the surrounding areas. We will definitely stay at ananda's Bungalows again when the opportunity arises.

Our second time at this rental, this time in the house instead of the separate rooms off the courtyard.
Gorgeous casa with lovely details everywhere to make your stay very comfortable and pleasant. Loved the mexican tile, fully stocked kitchen, tall ceilings and spaciousness. Very clean, no dampness, smells...and nice mattresses.
We're looking forward to coming back for a family reunion...the inside courtyard/pool area is so nice and comfortable we didn't want to leave...
the walk to town is not more than 7 minutes, and pleasant. what wonderful people in this town...my niece lived here for a long time and it's a very safe town to walk at night, meet locals and visitors...
and geno and elvia are the best hosts...they really care about you having a great time.
