This one-bedroom cottage is conveniently located across the street from the pristine Riviera Nayarit beach and a 15 +/- minute walk to the San Pancho pueblo. The casita, designed by the award-winning architect Luis Ruis, has an open-air full kitchen, dining/living area and a new addition, an indoor garden sitting area that offers a cozy, comfortable respite at any time of the day. This Casita was a wonderful surprise. We have rented houses in San Pancho for many years and this stay was on par with the best. It is the first time that just my wife and I have vacationed here without friends or family. It is very clean, tastefully decorated with a wonderful outdoor kitchen and warm palapa. It has a comfortable bed and adorable little sitting room and an inviting and clean bathroom. The garden (lighted) at night is a beautiful surround. Our compliments to the owners, it made us feel exactly how we would furnish and maintain it if we owned it. We had an overstay with other guests in the Casa, with no intrusion on our privacy. Our thanks to Caren at San Pancho rentals who goes out of her way to make us comfortable and attends quickly and professionally with any needs that may arise.

This is a nice little Casita. The bed is big and very comfortable. The casita is small, but equipped and appointed nicely. We found the steel dinette chairs to be less than comfortable...our only complaint. The casita is out of town in the Costa azul area. A 15 minute walk to town, shopping and restaurants; or an easy drive if you have a car...30 or 40 pesos for a taxi if you don't want to walk. The beach is less than 100 yards across the street. The beach in the area is very uncrowded with no vendors. The restaurant "Mar Plata" is three blocks up the hill and there is a restaurant "Wahoo's " in the Costa azul resort across thre street. (Not the best in San Pancho, but the beer is cold.) The casita has a nice garden area. The main house with pool is very close and was not occupied while we were there. Noisy guests in the main house could be a vacation wrecker. We liked the casita, but will stay closer to town on our next visit.
