I have stayed at this home two years in a row now and absolutely love it. It is close to all of the shops and restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. The people in San Pancho make it a wonderful place to visit.

Encinitas CAFive-star private retreat in the middle of the pueblo!
Left on 06/02/2012 for a stay in May 2012
My husband and I stayed here in mid-May after our son's wedding in Yelapa. The house exceeded our expectations in size and comfort and most of all, beauty. The open-air living invites the visitor to embrace everyday life in the pueblo, but provides a serene and refreshing oasis from the outside world when desired. Local eateries were abundant and we enjoyed several, as well as cooking in the large and well-appointed kitchen, and oh the grill! Lovely. Eva's Tacos was a lifesaver our first night in town. On our last night we enjoyed a beautifully prepared and delicious dinner at Hotel Cielo's Cafe Bistro Organico - amazing food and service. Lastly, but most importantly, the entire rental process from the beginning to our departure day, was seamless and handled beautifully by San Pancho Rentals. Thank you allison!

The house is truly something remarkable.
The open air architecture goes beyond anything I have seen before, and does it in a practical manner.
The house and grounds are in excellent condition.
The location in San Pancho was perfect for us - an easy walk to the beach, but above the noise of downtown. We enjoyed being close to the town of San Pancho where we could stroll down and buy a handful of avos, limes, tortillas, etc.
The neighbors - the chickens were boisterous on occasion, but we soon grew to love them.

Qualicum BeachThis house is amazing!

Me and three of my friends recently stayed in this house and really loved it. It is almost completely open air which allows you to be a part of the scenery. To wake up to the sound of the birds singing under the enormous palapa roof in the open air bedroom made us feel like we were living in the Swiss Family Robinson house, it was amazing.

Tacoma, WAWedding guests fell in love with this home

This home is amazing! The pictures do not do justice to the feeling when you are in this home. It feels so outdoors, yet indoors all at the same time. To say this home is fully stocked is an understatement. I was married in San Pancho in January 2010 and had guests (two couples) stay here. My husband I could not believe how great this home was when we walked in. They couples brought everyone back to see this house and everyone was blown away. The bedrooms are huge and even more romantic than they look in the pictures. The outdoor daybed, pool and outside grill got used daily. This is farther away from the beach than some other homes, but it is close to some amazing places to eat. Ava Tacos for one is worth the flight down there! Do not hesitate to rent this home and see for yourself. The staff and services were so easy to book with and everything was totally taken care of. This home is an incredible deal. If my family didn't own a home down in San Pancho, I would stay here every time I traveled to beautiful San Pancho. You really feel like you are part of this friendly, quaint town when you are in this home.
