It is just a 5-minute walk from Casa Flores to the beach, past local restaurants and shops. San Pancho is a delightful village. It is peaceful and safe, but big enough that there are plenty of great restaurants and shops. It's easy to get here from the Puerto Vallarta airport, just a 45-minute drive through a beautiful tropical jungle corridor, to our little beach town. Beyond all the high-rise, all-inclusive resorts, you will find all the best of Mexico. The beach here is never crowded, and the three little beach bars offer a perfect vantage point for enjoying the stunning sunsets you can see daily. San Pancho is a great community of friendly people who value the opportunity to meet new people, and they will welcome you with open arms. San Pancho is a place that will stay in your heart forever.

New Jersey, USAAn Incredible Week!
Left on 09/12/2012 for a stay in July 2012
We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home! The house is so spacious, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. I enjoyed reading a book picked from the shelf by the open back doors on many a quiet morning. The location was so convenient to shops, restaurants, and the beach that we never regretted not renting a car. On the two occasions that we decided to venture out and explore other villages, taxis were easy to find and very affordable. We quickly met the friendly neighbors and shopkeepers and enjoyed eating at the local restaurants. Every meal was wonderful. We even cooked a couple of meals, as the kitchen contains all of the pots, pants, and utensils that one could ever need. The Owner and Property Manager were both very responsive. We didn't have many questions while in the house because everything had been so well outlined and explained in advance. The house was immaculate when we arrived and was cleaned once (beautifully) during our stay. Our only regret was not visiting the community center, Entre amigos, earlier in the week so that we could have taken advantage of the class offerings. We will be sure to do so next time, which we plan to be sooner rather than later!

Vancouver, BCFantastic place!
Left on 07/19/2012 for a stay in January 2012
Casa Flores is a beautiful house just a couple of blocks from the main street--very comfortable and clean in a quiet area, safe and secure. Only a few minutes walk to several excellent restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to a long, sandy, uncrowded beach (maybe 30 people on a busy day!). Loved the "margaritas at sundown" at one of the 3 beachside bars. San pancho is a lovely small town, very community-oriented and friendly. I'll be back for sure.

Vancouver, CanadaComfortable stay for great value in beautiful San Pancho
Left on 02/16/2012 for a stay in January 2012
My family of three was utterly charmed by the town of San Pancho and Casa Flores provided us with a very comfortable stay at great value. The house is very close to the main drag (with many noteworthy eateries) and an easy walk from the beach for sunbathing and magnificent sunsets. The house was well maintained and spacious and, as first-time travelers to Mexico, we all felt very safe and secure during our stay. There are lots of dogs in the town, which caused some noise in the front (kids) bedroom, but other than that it was quiet. A very nice place to vacation!
