Casa Blanca is a two-level Spanish style home, nestled comfortably on a hillside with a magnificent view. Tropical flowers flow from tiered gardens surrounding the front entrance. Inside, the upper level boasts a huge living and dining room with a spacious vaulted ceiling and lovely appointments. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen and guest bedroom with two twin beds, a bathroom and shower. Folding glass doors expand the room onto an expansive deck with 180 degree views of the Pacific!

The lower level is devoted to the double Master bedroom suites with private baths and decks respectively, while upstairs is the guest bedroom w...ith private bath. Each master suite boasts a California King sized bed and a private terrace - perfect for enjoying romantic sunsets over a panoramic view of the ocean.

Whether it's a peaceful morning stroll on a secluded beachfront, lunch at the Costa Azul Adventure Resort or one of the many quaint local restaurants, or even a relaxing evening catered by your own private chef surrounded by romantic sunset skies, Casa Blanca is your premiere Playa San Francisco location for quality vacation living.

Holidays are booked by the week only; extra days only if available.

Christmas & New Year’s @ $3,000 the week
($450 a day for extra days, if available)


Thanksgiving @ $2,800 the week ($450 a day for extra days, if available)

Easter @ $2,800. weekly ($350 a day if available)

DEPOSITS:

• A 50% deposit is required for confirmation of your
reservation, by check or cashier’s check.

• The balance is due 60 days from your arrival.

• Rentals within our 60 day deadline must be paid
in full when booked, non-refundable.


REFUNDS:

* Essentially, there are no refunds fewer than 60 days from your arrival,
unless the rental is fully rebooked, or except at the owners’ discretion.

• A cancellation more than 60 days from your arrival
is assessed a 10% cancellation fee on the entire rental.

• A cancellation fewer than 60 days from your arrival
will be assessed a 25% fee on the entire rental amount
ONLY IF we can re-rent the entire cancelled period.

• If we cannot recover the entire rental amount,
all payment is completely non-refundable.


CHECK IN/OUT:

• Check in is after 1pm on the day of arrival.

• Check out is 11am.

other questions you may need addressed before your arrival.

  We stayed at Casa Blanca this June for a family reunion, it is really peaceful and private set high on a hill with spectacular views, weather, beaches and sunsets, you sleep to the sound of crashing waves below, Estella the housekeeper was wonderful and the best cook in Mexico. Would highly recomend staying at Casa Blanca if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the town. You will need your own transport to access property and the town etc.
