Villa Ola del Amor is located in the village of San Francisco or “ San Pancho", as referred to by the locals. The villa is less than an hour from the Airport of Puerto Vallarta, and just 15 minutes north of San Pancho. If you want a truly remote beach getaway, then look no further.

Villa Ola del Amor is tucked away on remote ecological reserve named "Las Clavellinas" This remote beach is on the edge of 30 acres of virgin jungle occupied by only three other villas. Our villa offers the perfect getaway for the group or family who truly desires their own little remote piece of heaven!

Villa Ola del Amor offers a three-bedroom, f...our-bathroom beach house with a spacious living room. The dining area is of ample size connecting to an open kitchen all with a great ocean view. The architectural design of the villa allows for multiple magnificent ocean views as well as ocean breezes throughout the house. Guests will enjoy two separate terraces and a infinity swimming pool

  Jungle adventure

  We rented this house with two other couples for four days. We didn't realize until we arrived that it was at the end of a very steep and narrow dirt road with severe rutting that is really most suitable for a four wheel drive; we did OK with our rental but I would definitely recommend front wheel drive and four wheel for any moisture.
  The house sits high above the beach with a lovely setting. Three bedrooms are in the actual main house. The fourth is in a separate dwelling and does not appear to be very functional--it appears more to be quarters for staff. We had a lovely woman come each day to take care of the house; a groundskeeper also comes to bring water and supplies.
  The private beach is lovely but swimming was never an option given the waves.
  There is a nice hike to a second beach that is gorgeous.
  The house is very open without doors, or other means to secure it. The bedrooms all have open baths. Given its isolation, its not for people who prefer to sleep in a more secure environment. But we had no incidents.
  The major problem we encountered was that the bathroom in the master suite had a clogged drain that affected both the toilet and the shower, rendering the bathroom inoperable. The staff were unable to fix it, and the plumber was also unable to figure it out. The whole episode was very disruptive and culminated in a backflow of sewage into the main quarters! No efforts were made to clean it.
  When we contacted the manager asking for an explanation, he did not respond.
  In summary, the house location is wonderful, but the house has a number of drawbacks, and the responsiveness of the management was definitely subpar. the price was quite high, given the overall condition of the house and the amenities provided. The 20-25 minute drive through the jungle to town makes it a bit too far to enjoy the rest of San Pancho.
