We have been to Mexico several times, but our vacation at Casa San Francisco was the best Mexico experience of them all! We would definitely rate Casa San Francisco a five-star! It was a beautiful gated villa complete with a gourmet kitchen and spacious bedrooms. We enjoyed cocktails on the upper floor palapa watching a gorgeous sunset and listening to the sounds of tropical birds while we had our relaxing morning coffee by the poolside. There was also a separate casita to accommodate larger groups or additional guests. We loved being in a small town, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy tourists, engaging in exciting and interesting cultural activities, eating in fabulous local eateries, and taking long peaceful walks along the beach and in the jungle. We attended our first polo match, ate tacos from a street vendor which turned out to be a warm, fun gathering of neighbors and friends, watched young boys climb coconut trees, and attended a lovely street market. Plus, we were only a short drive away from a wonderful day in Puerto Vallarta. I would highly recommend staying at Casa San Francisco and plan on staying there again this year! Our favorite destination location!

The minute you walk through the gate to this home, you are transformed to another world. The gardens, the dramatic staircase, the views, the furnishings, the master bedrooms and the third floor bar and relaxation area are all amazing. So much thought, detail and love has gone into the making of this home. You will feel pampered and well taken care of the whole time. The pool and hot tub are perfect for small groups. The upscale outdoor furniture make your meal times a treat. All water is purified and the comforts of home make your stay so easy, you only have to focus on the beach, relaxing and making amazing meals and drinks in the huge kitchen area. This home is steps from the ocean, a quick walk to one of the best places to eat Mar Plata. Costa azul resort across the way is nice to have so close if you want the swim up bar experience while watching the waves roll in. Do not hesitate to call this home your "go to rental" for your family, yourselves or a samll group of 4-6.

We enjoyed a fantastic week as guests at Casa San francisco and would return in a heartbeat. Exquisitely designed home provides everything needed from dip in pool amidst towering lush palm trees and inviting outdoor dining. Gorgeous bedrooms with shutters open to spectacular views including clip clop of horses on cobblestones trotting to the sea. Add local, handmade tile, original local artwork, and a short walk by the sea to town where we enjoyed live music and dancing...Beautifully maintained, furnished and laid out. we loved meeting locals and can't wait to return. Bravo!

We have spent two vacations in this lovely home with all the amenities. It is close to the beach for sunset drinks and early morning walks to town. It is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. We had no problems whatsoever with anything.

We stayed in Casa San Francisco on a short trip to plan our daughter's wedding to take place in april. What a gorgeous home! We loved the high end décor and appreciated the privacy this floor plan and casita allowed for 3 couples. The tropical folage is incredible. It is within walking distance to town and steps from the beach. Close to fine dining at Mar Plata where our reception will be. The owners are from Seattle so that explains everything!
Also, very responsive service from San Pancho Rentals and from property managers.
Lots of stairs, so it wouldn't be a very good spot for people with mobility problems.
We fell in love with San Pancho!
