VILLA DE VISTAS is a luxurious ecological paradise just five minutes from the beach and a twenty minute walk from the center of San Pancho.  It has three separate homes to be rented as one property -- LA CASA QUE CANTA (The Big House), EL NIDO DE LA TORTUGA (the Nest of the Turtle), and CASITA CELESITAL. It is located on a stunning property overlooking the Pacific......a perfect destination for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty without compromising comfort...... ideal for family reunions, gatherings of friends, and life's celebrations.  All three houses are artistically designed and beautifully furnished with vibrant Mexican... fabrics, tiles, and museum quality arts and crafts.

Although there are many distinctive features at villa de vistas, these seem to be the most remarkable:

FIRST: ITS SHEER SIZE (over 8200 sq. ft.) and the thoughtful way in which the three houses and even the individual rooms are related to one another. This allows gracious spaces for groups to gather and many intimate locations for reading, reflecting, relaxing and quiet conversation.

SECOND: ITS POOL is unusually large for a vacation home in San Pancho. Not only that, but the pool was designed with families in mind. There is a large step where infants can splash in very shallow water -- a couple inches deep. There is a bench that wraps around the pool and is a delight to toddlers who can walk around and jump into their parents' arms. There is also a raised terrace which is perfect for older children to fly into the pool with masterful spins and loops. They land in water that is less than five feet deep. Right next to the family pool is a HOT TUB where the jumpers can go to keep their muscles warm for the next performance! Also Casita Celestial has a PALAPA with its own dipping pool. All three pools can be heated for your comfort.

THIRD: ITS LOCATION. It's in the jungle, which has been tamed by a master gardener to create a botanical wonder and a home for exotic birds and native wildlife.

FOURTH: ITS GRACIOUSNESS AND AMENITIES. Each of the three kitchens has top-of-the-line appliances. All the bedrooms have king sized beds with excellent mattresses. The furniture throughout is tastefully chosen. The two televisions are large-screen, high definition with programming beamed in from Canada (and cities just across the border -- Detroit in the east, Spokane and Seattle in the west). Wi-fi connection throughout. Pool toys. Firepit to SAFELY enjoy a campfire. Hammock. Three grills. Two cribs. Two high chairs. Children’s furniture. Full-time staff. Knowledgable, helpful, local, bi-lingual house managers. Chefs, massage therapists, baby sitters available.

FINALLY, THE DISTINCTIVE CHARACTER OF EACH OF THE THREE HOUSES:

HOUSE ONE: 3 BR (king) 4 BA - Sleeps 6

On the top of the hill, at street level is the main floor of the Big House, where you will find the spacious living room, dining room, kitchen (laundry and pantry), family room and guest bath. All of these rooms are essentially interconnected in one great open space. They have fabulous views of the jungle, beach and ocean. The kitchen and family room are air-conditioned.

Going UP the magnificent spiral staircase, you come to the Upper Terrace and the Master Suite with its luxurious marble bath and private sunning deck. Several of our guests have remarked that the master bath reminded them of a high-end spa.

Going DOWN the spiral staircase from the main floor you come to the bedroom floor with two large bedroom suites. One has a fabulous jungle and garden view and boasts a sitting area and dual showers; the other has a large terrace overlooking the ocean.

HOUSE TWO: 1 BR (king) 1BR (bunk), 1 BA - Sleeps 4

If you go DOWN one more flight of stairs you come to the pool deck. It is also from this level that you enter EL NIDO DE LA TORTUGA (The Nest of the Turtle), which is a completely contained home with about 900 square feet nestled under the “mother house.” The NIDO has its own kitchen, a sitting area, and is four steps from the large pool.

HOUSE THREE: 2 BR (both king suites) and 2 BA - Sleeps 4

If you go DOWN one more flight of stairs you come to the charming CASITA CELESTIAL (The Heavenly Little House) with its two bedroom suites, one celebrating the sun and the other celebrating the moon, a complete kitchen, a sitting area with its own television and DVD player. Also the CASITA has a PALAPA with a dipping pool that stays cool year around, except in the winter, when it can be heated.

The VILLA DE VISTAS is perfect for families and friends who are seeking a safe, luxurious, accommodating and beautiful vacation home.

San Pancho is a magical Mexican pueblo with a pristine beach, fabulous restaurants, excellent shops, a polo field, a haven for artists and musicians, approximately 2000 Mexican nationals and 250 Gringos.

Additional Location Information

The Villa is located at the north end of the beach on a quiet hillside in a tropical jungle, a bird lover's paradise. It is just a few minute walk to the ocean. There are several other houses in the "neighborhood", but all are behind our property basically out of view. There is ample parking.

  I love this place. Gorgeous views. Beautiful gardens. Incredibly relaxing spaces. It is the perfect place for our family to get away from it all and spend time with one another. Its clear that a lot of thought went into design. Every detail has purpose. My family loved the pool. A perfect place for little ones to play.

  Simply amazing inside and out!

  We(6 adults, 4 teenagers, 3 kids) headed down to San Pancho for a family gathering from a Saturday to Saturday. Everything about this trip far exceeded our expectations. We flew into Puerto Vallarta and headed to Costco & The Mega for food, drinks and exchanging of money, then were on our way to San Pancho. Met up with Bob from the rental company(wonderful man) and he escorted us to the house and showed us how everything worked. The house(which we rented all 3) was so beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The casita below the main pool was a wonderful little get away with the paylapa and dipping pool. We(adults) found ourselves hanging out there at night after dinner and soaking in the pool. The view out to the ocean from any of the terraces was just breathe taking. The beach is about a 5 minute walk through the jungle path and town is about 15 minute walk. The beach is absolutely gorgeous, the water was warm & so blue and the waves were huge. Our all kids(ages 10-17) were able to stay on shore and play in them, but I wouldn't advise younger kids as the surf and rip current was very strong at this time of year. The town of San Pancho was filled with such wonderful and friendly people, cute little stores, a couple mini markets, and amazing restaurants (Maria's, El Ola Roca, Marplata, & many more). We ventured to the town of Sayulita (15 minutes by car) for some shopping and site seeing. This was definitely a surf town and would recommend surfing here. Another great town filled with friendly people and great food (street tacos are amazing). We were given a lot of information regarding the house and a lot of advice by the owners prior to heading down and everything was dead on. We can't wait to head back in the near future and stay longer. One week just wasn't long enough!

  This home is extraordinary and the overall experience is the perfect mix between beauty, relaxation, fun & culture! Every detail is exquisite and authentic. It truly is a perfect getaway for large or small group of friends and family. Very family friendly with a pool for all ages and a short walk to the beach! The views are amazing from every corner you turn in the home. San Pancho is a beautiful and very friendly Mexican village with so much to offer .. delicious restaurants, polo matches, beaches after beaches, community and horseback riding. Surfing and snorkeling also close by in Salulita (10 miles away). Check it out, I promise .. you will love it! Happy vacationing.

  Staying at this complex was an extraordinary experience, each residence was extremely well furnished and immaculate. The surroundings were spectacular, and one had a sense of calm and quiet while at the villa.
