Our 1 bedroom suites are one of the most popular in the complex. This roomy condo sleeps 2 and is perfect for a couple looking to get away from it all. Done in the traditional Belize style of bright fabric and mahogany furnishings, these units feature a single bedroom with a very comfortable queen bed. It has tile floors throughout and comes with a complete full size kitchen and dining bar.

The condo is a quiet place about 15mn drive form downtown. it has a pool and direct access to sea with a ponton. It was clean and well maintained, but no services available, such as bar or restaurant.
The apartment we rented was on first floor with 1 bed room and a double mattress in the living room -suitable for 2 adults with 2 kids. Signal for TV and internet was not working well except nearby the pool. There were only 3 chairs -we were 4. A plastic table outside with no chairs. No place to wash or dry our laundry.
There was no cleaning service for the room, not enough bedsheets -the one we had were not really cleaned up, nor the pillow -really dirty. We had not enough towels -we had to go to the laundry in town to wash it after 5 days. The aC remote control had no batteries. The refrigerator was really dirty.
I would say that the place is fine although it needs better follow up/inventory and -at our point of view- too far from city. Therefore it is necessary to rent out a golf cart.
The beach at this area is not suitable for kids as there is lot of sea grass and oursins; our daughter got 9 bites. Water is not very clean as there are many rubbishes floating everywhere.
I would recommend to go more on the north part of the island which seems more "nature" -with no concrete everywhere. -

We enjoyed 10 days in unit 9. The unit was clean and well appointed. We initially planned on staying for 5 days and upon arrival booked the condo for our entire stay. For once the condo and grounds were actually better than the pictures. Erik was very helpful and made himself available when needed, he even supplied us with a phone to use during our stay. The grounds are very safe with onsite security overnight. The only potential negative thing about my stay was the fact that these units are located about two miles south of town and there is no restaurant on site so a golf cart is necessary. We did not find this to be a issue and we liked being in a quiet area and did not mind the travel to and from town to eat. I would recommend staying here and found it be a great value compared to others on the island.
