Great location on the beach and close to a lot of tour type activities and places to eat. The 2 bedrooms and 3 beds worked great for our family of 5 to stay for a week. For the price I doubt you will find many (if any) like this (with a pool) on ambergris and if you do I doubt it will be in as good of a location (considering you understand that there is a lot of poverty in Belize that you will see). Recommend that you try scuba diving with Patajo ($65 for 2 great tank dives if you have your own gear) a few docks south and take a $5 taxi to eat at Ramon's Village one night. Hol Chan and Shark Ray alley are great to snorkel and see many things that you'll see scuba diving. 50 pound Groupers, large rays, nurse sharks, sea turtles... Ramon's Village also is a great place to snorkel off their dock in the morning (for free). We don't mind walking up to the third floor, but something to consider if you don't like walking up steps a lot or aren't able to carry your own luggage up that far. Loved the slate floor everywhere and all of the channels of cable TV where nice at night when we stayed in.

Very roomy condo with functional kitchen. All appliances, TV, and wifi in good working condition. We were very comfortable here. Quiet property with a friendly bunch of owners and renters. Pool and grounds kept very clean. Very safe. Just north of town and before the bridge. Location is just far enough from town to be relaxing and quiet, but close enough for a quick walk down the beach to dining, dancing, and drinking. Owner was friendly and responded quickly to all our questions. There is a nice information binder in the condo with all kinds of suggestions for resturants, things to do, shopping, etc. Would definitely recommend to others.

We were 4 young females staying at this lovely two bedroom condo for 7 days in February. The location and condo itself were exactly what we were looking for. It's right off the beach, close to the water and not too far from town. All of the neighbors in the building were quite helpful with suggestions of great restaurants and things to do. This is a definitely a more low key quiet place to stay as it's not a large hotel or resort, but we like it. We made the reservation with Zack a month or so beforehand and he was very responsive and easy to work with. Great stay in ambergris Caye!

Place was really nice, very spacious, clean. Nice pool and right on the beach. Location was pretty close to the town, but we mostly rode bikes back and forth. Ac & Internet were great. They made it very easy - someone was waiting for us when we arrived to give us a key, and she was extremely helpful and responsive during our trip. Would definitely go back!
