The most sought after location on the island for those looking for peace and quiet yet easy access to the amenities of San Pedro. Located less than two miles north of San Pedro Town on Ambergris Caye, this luxury resort is perfectly located just far enough from town to enjoy a sense of beachside solitude, complete with breathtaking views of the world’s second-largest Barrier Reef, but... close enough to enjoy the many amenities the quaint town of San Pedro has to offer.

Visitors arriving to San Pedro can be transported to the resort via resort shuttle or by a short boat ride. We highly recommend the boat ride, which is a fun way to start the vacation, taking in the picturesque shoreline of San Pedro Town and moving north to less populated beach fronts. In just ten minutes you approach the beautiful Grand Caribe resort. Hugging 500 feet of pristine beach in a semi-circle embrace, Grand Caribe is comprised of eight individual buildings consisting of nine condominiums each.

Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit absorbs stunning panoramic views of the colorful Caribbean Sea, Belizean Barrier Reef (only a half mile off shore), swimming pools, as well as the lush tropical gardens. This ground floor unit with over 1500 square feet of central air conditioned space offers Caribbean living with modern comforts. The inside of the condo greates you with exotic Belizean hardwood cabinets, granite counter tops, top of the line appliances, and beautiful porcelain tile. It’s complete with everything you need to prepare dinner. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, wonderful views, and private access to the balcony. The second bedroom contains a queen trundle bed. There’s a bath off of either bedroom, each having a walk-in shower. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi tub for added indulgence. There are 3 flat screen TV’s, one in either bedroom and one in the living room, with cable/satellite programming. The living room includes a full size sofa bed for additional guests. Off the living area, there’s a large veranda furnished with patio furniture. Wireless internet access is available at no charge; no password required. Lastly, we thoroughly enjoy our large laundry room with full size washer and dryer to ease the chores of traveling.

Only need 1 Bedroom? Our condo can also be rented as a 1 bedroom, 1 bath. We lock off the second bedroom and second bathroom, still giving you 1300 square feet of living space. You can then enjoy a full-sized kitchen not available in the standard one bedroom units.

Grand Caribe has the largest fresh water pool in Belize. Two smaller salt water pools compliment the tropical grounds with two hot tubs and a swim up bar otherwise known as “Foot Prints”. Foot Prints Poolside Bar & Grill is available for your dining pleasures, whether you want to dine poolside, on the pier or in the privacy of your own condo. Walk out on the best pier in Belize to swim, fish, or just watch and listen to the wave’s crash on the reef as the boats go by.

The resort has many onsite amenities that add to the island experience. From kayaking out to the nearby reef to snorkel, to enjoying the pools or the fine food at Foot Prints Poolside Bar and Grill, or just strolling on the beach and exploring the nearby restaurants, the days can be as busy or as relaxed as you want. If you are looking for adventure the resort concierge can arrange day trips for diving and snorkeling, fishing, Mayan ruins and jungle tours, zip lining and cave tubing. The concierge can also arrange spa treatments or even have your kitchen stocked with food and provisions upon your arrival. Other services offered include golf cart rental, private chefs and even babysitting!

Grand Caribe offers many packages for guests who have a special interest in mind, or they are happy to custom tailor one for your specific needs. Belize exchange rate - $2 BLZ to $1 US. ATM’s are available at Banks in San Pedro.

After your visit turn off the air conditioning and refrigerator before you check out at the front desk.

This is a NON SMOKING vacation rental. Evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarette or cigar smoke inside the home by the cleaning crew is sufficient basis to charge the renter for smoke clean-up and removal from carpeting, AC ducts, filters and furniture.
