Luxury 2 & 3 bedroom privately owned oceanfront homes at Hol Chan Reef Resort are located 3.5 miles south of San Pedro Town in a beautiful quiet area overlooking the Barrier Reef and Hol Chan Marine Reserve. The accommodations are very spacious and are decorated with style with all modern conveniences. There is also a rooftop deck where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunsets or star gaze in the evenings. This location is truly a wonderful relaxing spot.

Hol Chan Reef Resort is located 3.5 miles south of San Pedro Town with easy access to and from town either by golf cart, taxi or bicycle. There is a grocery store within 1/2 mile and restaurants within 1-1.5 miles. Any tours you decide to take the boat will pick
you up at the end of the pier. This area is very quiet, a perfect getaway to relax by the infinity edge pool, read a book, snorkel at the end of the pier and enjoy the spactacular view of the sea and reef.

My wife and I were seeking a quiet, relaxing vacation without children in tow and that is exactly what we got at Hol Chan Reef Resort. Lounging in the pool, swimming and snorkeling just offshore of the resort, scuba diving, local eateries or fine dining, and visiting with both the locals and other visitors to the island. Overall, I would recommend staying at Hol Chan Reef Resort. The accommodations are spacious, welcoming, quiet and conveniently located. You won't be disappointed and we can't wait to return again soon!

We spent a week at the Hol Chan Reef Resort on ambergris Caye, Belize, and it was absolutely wonderful! The building is high quality and located right on the beach with a very nice swimming pool and beach area. It has a convenient pier where guides will pick you up for fishing, snorkeling and other tours. The unit we stayed in (4a) was top-notch. It has three bedrooms and was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The Belizean wood in the furniture and decorations and the Guatemalan granite counters are all beautiful. The unit's top floor location provides a great view of the sea and the island and very refreshing sea breezes. We can't wait to go back!

First time to ambergris. We loved the condo-its designed so you feel you are there alone. The pool, pier, roof top deck are great, and the location is perfect. We wanted a peaceful tranquil vacation and Hcrr was perfect. Its directly across from the Hol Chan Marine Reserve, so access was simply. If you are looking for a quiet, private luxury condo, this is perfect.
