This delightful farmhouse is situated just 25km north of Florence in the heart of Tuscany, among the beautiful hills of the Mugello valley. The villa has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a big swimming-pool, is air conditioned and has internet wi-fi.
This villa is the big version of Villa Sorte 9, which sleeps 9 (only main villa, without annex).
External Description:
Villa Sorte gives guests the opportunity to stay in an historical farmhouse but which has been recently renovated with all modern comforts. The building was originally used to... store and dry tobacco and has now been converted into a large space of over 280 sqm surrounded by extensive, well mainteined gardens of 3000 sqm.
The villa has a large furnished balcony ideal for outdoor dining with table for 10 and barbecue that overlooks the large heated pool of 16x8 meters depth 1.40 open from May to September for exclusive use.
Internal Description:
The villa (280 sqm) is divided in two floors + an annex:
Ground floor: On this floor you will find a spacious living room furnished with pretty sofas around an elegant fireplace and a wide-screen satellite television and DVD player.
The kitchen is a lovely open plan room combined with the dining area. It has kept all its charming original features like high ceilings with beams, and solid wooden furniture, but the property owners have skillfully introduced modern amenities for guests convenience. There is a five gas-burner hob, electric oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, and of course, all the crockery and utensils you might need to whip up your holiday meals. A separate utility room houses a washing machine, dryer and iron and ironing board. Also on this floor are a cloakroom and a guest WC.
First floor: On this level there are the four bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms (2 have shower and 2 have bathtub): two of which are twins and two have double beds (in one of these double bedrooms it is possible to add a single bed) . They are all traditional in style in neutral colors with attractive accent fabrics.
Annex: Composed by 2 twin bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one with shower, the other one with shower and bathtub).
The house is fully air conditioned.

This property is one of the best choices for a group looking for a quiet traditional Tuscan country house immersed in the nature on the beautiful area of Mugello. The villa is equipped with all the modern comforts the customer can ask for: heated swimming-pool, air conditioning, internet wi-fi...
The property can only be booked from Saturday to Saturday. During the medium and low season, it is possible to rent the villa from a minimum stay of 3 nights (please contact us for further details).

Security Deposit: All customers must pay at the arrival a deposit of 400,00 € at check-in. It will be returned after check-out in full, subject to deduction for damage caused and/or payment for additional services.
