- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit on balance or on arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in case of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to the maximum of € 1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).

- EuropAssistance insurance to cover penalties in case of cancellation of the stay = In addition to reasons or events that can objectively be documented and could not be foreseen at the time of booking, you can request a rental cancellation when you have to cancel following a positive result from Covid-19 verified by reports, affecting: the Insured Party directly and/or your family members; your Travel Companion directly.

- Stay cancellation cover due to lockdown = It protects you and your travel companions in the event that you are forced to cancel your stay in the 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, due to the occurrence of Covid-19 epidemic containment measures officially imposed by the Governments/competent authorities.

Villa Alida is a beautiful villa, fruit of the restoration of two farmhouses on the splendid hill’s of Lucca. The property is surrounded by a wide green parkland with a natural fence, a mixture of forests, olives groves and a little garden lake. Among beautiful flowerbeds and green hedges there is the large swimming pool. The furnishings of this house represents the perfect alchemy between antique and modern which makes vacations more pleasant. The villa has notable tranquillity and a breathtaking landscape as one of the outstanding features of this property.

Interior:

The villa is on three floors. The main entrance leads in the spacious living room followed up by another large living room with open fireplace, cosy dining room, study, the tavern furnished with an wood-fired oven and the well equipped kitchen. On this floor there is also a service bathroom and a bathroom with shower. The ground floor has direct access into the garden which permits a easy access from the house to the swimming pool. Via a staricase from the kitchen there is the access to a double bedroom with antechambers and laundry room. On the first floor which is reachable via a stone staircase, there is a living room with private access to the garden, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower and another two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with shower. The second floor, which is an attic, is made up of a living room with fireplace, a dining room, a living room , the kitchen, one twin bedroom , a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The attic is accessible via an external stone staircase too.

Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.

Park:

The entire park area measures about 15000 m2, of which 2000 m2 is park enriched with all kind of vegetation, typical wooden trees and olive groves. There are also colourful flowers which give the property an ulterior charm. There is also a spacious pergola, ideal for outdoor dining our simply enjoying the relaxing atmosphere whilst taking in the unforgettable views.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:

Open from the last week of April to the first week in October the swimming pool is about 25 m from the house in a very quiet and isolated area. The pool measures 8 x 18 with a depth from 1.50m to 2.40m and is protected by a blue PVC sheet. The pool has salt purification and is equipped with sun beds, pool chairs, and tables under a beautiful gazebo.

Pets: Yes. € 30,00 per animal per week to be paid on site.

“Beautiful, Peaceful Get Away”

We had a group of people 5-75 and this place was great for all! (Only a slight mention that there are stairs only up to the bedrooms in case that is an issue.) The big yard was excellent for the kids … More
