The apartment is a luxury apartment located in a fully refurbished building in the centre of San Sebastian.
The apartments comprises a huge living area with integrated kitchen.
The bedroom has continental size bed. All mattresses are memory foam, including the one in the sofabed.
The bedroom and living area have balconies overlooking the shopping area.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, WIFI access and all the amenities that will make your stay memorable.

El apartamento se encuentra inmejorablemente situado, en pleno centro de San Sebastián, a un paso de la Concha y del mercado de San Martín, donde se pueden adquirir productos frescos de primerísima calidad para comer, si se quiere, en casa.
Está super bien equipado, con todo lujo de detalles, lo que hace muy agradable la estancia.
La única pega es que no dispone de aparcamiento, por lo que hay que recurrir al parking público (en San Martín hay uno), que resulta bastante caro.
Por lo demás y en definitiva, cien por cien recomendable. -

Excellent appartments with a super location, near the Concha beach and just in the middle of the nicest shopping area of San Sebastian. Also, very closed to the town hall and the restaurants area. Overall, located at walking distance from any good place.
Moreover, the appartments themselves are excellent for a 4 member family, fully equiped and with nice extras such as Wifi or Ipod charger or a nice and big TV.
On top, the decoration is super. This an evidence of the excellent service of Nuria and Nerea who care about every single detail.
Indeed, I would reccomend this appartment to anyobe willing to enjoy a family vacation or a city break trip to San Sebastian. I am already recommending it to my friends.
