This apt. has 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with a spectacular view of the beach and an adjoining bathroom, another double bedroom & a twin room. The apartment´s 2 bathrooms are equipped with bath/shower, toilet and bidet. It has also a big terrace with a table and chairs.

We have gotten what we've booked for. What you see is what you get with EmyRent. They have been very responsive and supportive from my inquiry to the minute we left San Sebastián.
Maskorgain is a very pretty place. It is perfect: the location is just right across Playa de la Concha (the beach!) and the view is just spectacular. The rooms are nice and I can't say anything bad about it.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for only two days in July. We should have stayed longer! The apartment has everything one would need for a worry-free vacation. The kitchen was well stocked (not that we really used it as the food in San Sebastian is spectacular). The three bedrooms were comfortable and having two full bathrooms with 4 people was a huge bonus. The apartment also had a washing machine and a lovely terrace that included clothes lines and clothes pins.
The highlight of this apartment, however, is the view form the living room, dining area and master bedroom. I could have looked out there for hours. The apartment is up on a hill so you have a panoramic view of the bay.
Sisi was so helpful in explaining the apartment and how to get the free wi-fi working. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on! Every place she recommended had fabulous food. Trust her!

You can't find an apt. with a better view

The view and location of this apartment really makes it. The layout is very nice and the photos are very accurate. Located a short walk from la Concha, and the promenade, you'll find the chief highlights of Donostia-SS close by. The management was helpful in informing us about the surrounding area. Very comfortable for our family of four and could easily hold another couple. When the h/w heater wouldn't work, the management quickly arrived to fix it.
The apt. is a new property for this management company. There were a few things that might need to be added or upgraded. Having printed info on how appliances work would be helpful (never figured out how the tv worked). The kitchen could be better stocked for longer stays. One shower did not work properly. I advised the management and assume they've made the changes.

You will not find a more beautiful location or a more helpful team on your side.
The apartment is beyond gorgeous, we ate snacks and drank wine looking at the scenery and then retired to our very comfy beds. It felt very much like home immediately.
Sisi and Emy are amazing at arranging the perfect vacation in San Sebastian. We were greeted with food recommendations, spa reservations and restaurant reservations were made for us gladly.
We were a family of 5 traveling together and we had so much room, each couple had plenty of privacy. Our child had his own room and bed.
The hotels in San Sebastian can be so pricey, we saved a bundle staying here. There is simply no reason not to rent this place.Response from Emy de Lema - 07/17/2012

Our group of four stayed at this apartment for 4 nights and cannot say enough good things about it.
The location is perfect, just above the beach with a sensational view and an easy walk to the old town.
The apartment is spacious, clean, charming and well fit out. The star attraction is really the view from the living/dining area and master bedroom.
The team at EmyRent made the whole process really simple - from booking to checking-in (at a very late hour for which we are ever grateful to Sisi), providing local tips and checking-out.

the service received was remarkable--great references made in regards to the best sights to see, the best pinxto places, the best restaurants, etc. The home itself was beautiful and had the most amazing view of the main beach, La Concha. A very spacious living area and dining area as well as a well-equipped kitchen too. The bedrooms were good as were the bathrooms, too. The location is ideal, as it is right along the beach; however, it is located atop a hill so it does involve quite a bit of climbing stairs (probably about 7 stories' worth). Other than that, though, it is a perfect location for those seeking a place that is a beach-front property. I liked the location, the view, and the large living/dining areas the best about the home; least favorite part was probably climbing up all the stairs, but even that was really not that bad.

The pictures don't lie! This has to be the best view in San Sebastian. Very spacious for our group of six adults,with all the amenities. SiSi was terrific in giving us all the information we needed to make our trip a success.Walking distance to the beach,close to the restaurants. Grocery stores within walking distance. A lovely home...even had high-speed Wi-Fi !

We have just returned from a superb stay in San Sebastian. This apartment has a spectacular view of the Bay and is very convenient for all the best bars and restaurants plus of course the beautiful wide beach. The bedrooms are a good size and even the sofa bed was extremely comfortable. The sitting room too was very comfortable and spacious. We did not test the capabilities of the Kitchen beyond breakfast as there was no need! We ate out all the time! But it was clean and well equipped with a terrace out the back which would have be lovely on a sunny day. (In our weekend we didnt get one!)
What is most unique about this one though is Emy! She owns many apartments in San Sebastian and what she does not know about the city is probably not worth knowing. She is very hospitable and works hard to make sure you have the holiday you want in San Sebastian.
We were a group of 7 ladies wanting a relaxing “foodie” weekend and that’s exactly what we got. Emy was able to recommend great Gin and Tonic bars as well as many of the famous Pintxos bars and restaurants. She also introduced us to local wines and the best traditions of their gastronomy.
You can access the apartment two ways - on one street level, half way up the hill is the front door (accessible by bus, car or Taxi) or you can access The Promenade directly by going down an internal staircase and then steps down onto the lower street level.
We did have some problems when we first arrived but these were all resolved quickly and effectively with attentive service from Emy’s team. I can’t wait to go back again!Response from Emy de Lema - 05/24/2012
