Two important features set Bella Easo aside from other apartments. The first is its size with 220 square metres of living space. The second is its location right next to La Concha beach in the city centre.
This makes Bella Easo the perfect holiday apartment for larger groups or families looking for space and prime location - see property location map.
Partially refurbished in 2009, the apartment is situated on the second floor of a building with a lift. It comprises four bedrooms - three doubles and one single - all furnished with 90 cm individual beds. There are three full bathrooms, two equipped with shower and one with a small... bathtub.
The open plan living and dining area is light, spacious and airy. This space leads directly on to a terrace which affords sea views from the side and overlooks a lovely public garden. The apartment Bella Easo faces the garden on one side and a large interior courtyard on the other.
Bella Easo is the perfect apartment for enjoying the sights of San Sebastián from the heart of the city without the hassles of driving. The apartment does not come with private parking but there are a number of public car parks in the vicinity: Parking Plaza Zaragoza, Parking San Martín, Parking Buen Pastor...
The apartment is a great launching point, not only for a swim at La Concha beach, but for many of the citys other attractions including the Old Town, just a five-minute walk, with its famous restaurants and pintxo bars.
The apartment is also located in San Sebastians finest shopping area, featuring its own list of bars, restaurants, shops and boutiques of all kinds.
Additional amenities include: sofabed, coffee maker, microwave-oven, store room, ironing set, kettle, complete set of kitchen utensils, disabled access, blinds, juice-squeezer, wooden floors, bed linen & towels changed weekly, wi fi (high speed), double glazing, hair dryer, lift, sheets, wooden windows, baby crib & chair for free, next to the beach, parking under request, ceramic floors, heating, mixer, shower, reinforced front door, balcony or terrace.

We did our research before booking Bella Easo and it definitely paid off! The apartment was beautiful, very spacious and in a perfect location right next to the beach and overlooking a green and leafy square - a very short walk to all the bars and restaurants. There were 4 bedrooms plus sofa beds in another room, and lots of space for the 6 of us. We couldn't have had a better spot and Joseba who showed us in was extremely helpful. The only sticking point (not literally, thankfully!) was the underground parking and our roofbox... We managed but it was a squeeze and we had to unload first. But Joseba was also very helpful with this - all round a great stay in a lovely city.

We were a group of 3 couples and stayed here for 6 nights. The space in the apartment is fantastic. The bedrooms are a good size, the main one has an enormous ensuite but the other two bathrooms are small and away from the bedrooms. However it was not a huge problem. The facilities are good and having a washing machine was a huge bonus. I would highly recommend this apartment! It is walking distance to the beach and the old town.

We really enjoyed the very spacious apartment. It has a well stocked kitchen which made cooking meals possible. There was enough room in the living room/dining room for the extended family to meet. The bedrooms were a comfortable size and the bathrooms were adequate.
The only drawback was the entrance construction which is in progress.
Excellent location to the old town and the beach. Also close to a parking facility which is not guaranteed to have space but we were fortunate to have it available.

We rented the apartment for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was as seen in the picture and the landlord Joseba Garcia was very helpful, polite and tactful. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The scene from the balcony was incredible while the beach was basically in front of the entrance of the building. Additionally the apartment is located right in the center of the city and everything was very close. I would recommend this apartment to parties of 7 and more as there was lots of room and is suitable and beneficial for big groups.Great apartment, great location and great landlord!!!

We are five women, ages 19-67, and we were delighted with everything.
The apartment is large and just nicely decorated; just enough for our comfort. Lots of books and a flat-screen TV to peruse at night. For those in need of late-night/wee hours entertainment, sleep in the front bedroom and no one will be disturbed at all. I would say that the beds in the front bedroom are low, euro-style, so if you are older and/or disabled, you might wish to sleep in a back bedroom.
Kitchen is commodious and comfortable to cook in.
The location is more than amazing! The terrace overlooks the beach, and at sunset, you can sit out and try to pick up your jaw from the ground! In addition, the beach entrance is directly across the street, and there is an elevator to take you directly if you cannot maneuver stairs well. Buses run across the street that will take you all over. The parte vieja, or old town, is walking distance.
There was virtually nothing we did not like about this apartment. Joseba cares for this lovely place that belongs to his grandparents, and he is very friendly and warm.

An ideally located classic residence. Very comfortable for the six adults. Very roomy and secure. A great place to base oneself for trips in the area, and easy walks to anything in town. Joseba was very prompt and efficient for showing us around the home and for local information. Read more

Bella Easo apartment in San Sebastian
We were a group of four adults, and I can speak for all of them when I say that I would gladly recommend this apartment. It exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, a ten minute walk to the old city, a two minute walk to the beach.
We called the contact number as soon as we got into San Sebastian and Joseba answered immediately, knew exactly who we were and was expecting us. Explaining that they were just finishing cleaning the apartment he invited us to come over and leave our bags so we wouldn't have to carry them around. He recommended a lovely tapas bar around the corner for us to go have a drink and bite to eat while the cleaning was completed. We met back at the apartment about 30 minutes later, where he gave us the keys, instructions on how to use all the appliances, where the closest grocery store was and the general areas of town we would likely be interested in.
We had no issues with any of the appliances, clothes dried amazingly fast, the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed (we ate breakfast and one dinner in the apartment - why would you eat in when there is so much to choose from in the city?), no problems with hot water for showers, towels were provided, the balcony was bigger than I expected and I heard no complaints from the gang about any beds being too soft or hard.
Be sure to lower the balcony awning during the day to keep the temperature down and if you are a light sleeper you would likely prefer a room at the back of the apartment as there was the occasional outcry from people returning from the old town in the wee hours of the morning.
All in all the apartment itself along with the location made for a wonderful visit to San Sebastian.

We had a fantastic time staying at Bella Easo. The location, 1/2 block from beach, makes it ideal. It is also only a short walk away from the historic section of town as well as the large Gothic church. There is a small grocery store just around the corner and a big supermarket two blocks away.
The apartment itself is extremely spacious and comfortable. The back three bedrooms are very quite. It includes WiFi internet access for those that need it. The only downside is that the lift is located a half flight of stairs up. But even with our stroller and two children it was manageable.
I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone that requires lots of space and wants to be in the center of the action. Read more

Thank you Martin for reviweing your impression of the Bella Easo apartment!
We understand your situation with arriving on a Saturday night, but since the apartment is self-catering, welcome packs are not included if one does not request them on before-hand while doing the booking. This is nevertheless an option that you would have to pay for.

It was a great place to stay. Clean, amazing location, back rooms were very quiet. Lots of space. They were missing wine glasses, but we used mugs instead. Front room a bedroom a little noisy. But the location and cleanliness made it well worth it. Great city to visit. Read more

Read more
Muchas gracias por vuestro comentario. Los problemas de aparcamiento son, desfortunamente, muy frecuentes en San Sébastian. Desde hace dos semanas incorporamos la opcion de parking a la mayoria de los apartamentos situados en el centro.

We had a wonderful trip to San Sebastian with our two young children and my mother. Bella Easo was a perfect place for us to stay. It was very large compared to other places, so we weren't on top of eachother all week. The location couldn't be better, it's right across from the La Concha beach and a short walk to the old part of town where we did most of our eating and walking around. The management was extremely accomodating and easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. Read more
Thank you for this review. Bella Easo is hard not to enjoy, we are happy that you liked it! We try to be as accomodating as we can, and you are most welcome to be our guest again in the future.

Stayed for a week. The apartment is huge and well located.
The internet is via usb 3g dongle which is OK. The owner is great. All round highly recommended...it is right across the road from the beach and a block or so to a large supermarket.
Close to the old town and right amongst all the fashion etc shops.
The only downside was all single beds...but can live with that for a week. In fact it is better than some tiny double bed.
I highly recommend it to anyone.

The apartment is absolutely enormous, and the kind owners were very accommodating about our fairly late check in time. When we couldn't find the silverware the next morning (it was there- just couldn't find it!) they came right over to help. The location also couldn't be better, steps away from the La Concha beach.
My only gripe is that the kitchen could have been a bit cleaner, and they could have provided more than precisely one towel per person, or included a few beach towels!?

This apartment is huge. We had 6 people staying and we could have easily had another 6 it was so big. Bigger than my house! It was clean, tidy, the furniture was great, and we could see La Concha beach from the balcony. Short walk to old town, and is smack bang in the middle of the city. Loved it, wish we stayed longer.

Bella Easo was a great apartment for my husband, myself, mother in law and two small children.
