My brother and his family stayed here for one week in april. It was very well appointed and had everything we needed. Feelfree rentals were very helpful and made sure there was a high chair and cot for my brothers baby. You can't see that much from the apartment as it faces into a courtyard, but its very convenient for the town, La Concha Beach and amenities. Feelfree rentals are extremely helpful and made the booking and check in process easy.

My husband and I spent 10 wonderful days in San Sebastian, we stayed in this apartment for the whole period and I am very happy we made this choice. The agents were very punctual, fast check-in, brief instructions, polite staff. This district is absolutely lovely, nice neighbors, quiet area, all conveniences. The beach and all infrastructure are very close. The kitchen is a bit small for a family, but perfect for a couple. Many thanks to Feel Free Rentals.

Muy bien situado perfecto para familia con 2 niños, limpio y espacioso. San Sebastian en Semana grande demasiado lleno, mejor antes o despues eso si los fuegos artificiales preciosos.

Myself and two friends stayed at the Katedral apartment and were very pleased with our decision to stay there. It was a few minutes from the Cathedral and about five from the beach and the old town, there was a really good super market close by (ask for directions though as it is not very obvious).
The beds were very comfy there was a really nice living room and the bathroom and shower were great.
A tiny point, there were only two cups and one bowel so few more would be good for breakfast. However there were plenty of glasses, plates and every thing else we needed.

You could not ask for a better location in San Sebastian: on the pedestrian zone, and close to but not in the old town area (unless you want to be in the middle of the late night noise and partying). Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and located in a very nice upscale neighborhood. All the windows face an interior courtyard, which was quiet. The apartment is on a high floor in a renovated building, and the elevator worked well.
The apartment is small: two bedrooms (one has bunk beds), a small living room, no dining area (eat on a small folding table in the living room), a very small galley kitchen, and no place to sit outside (we saw an ad or review suggesting there was access to a rooftop patio, but the agent told us there was no access). Best for a couple/one adult, with one child, or two smaller children.
The agent can arrange for car parking about a ten minute walk on the far side of the Maria Cristina Hotel, which worked fine for us; otherwise there is no long-term parking nearby. The agent who met us at the apartment was very helpful and flexible. Given the rather high cleaning fee, I expected it to be cleaner, especially the bathroom and kitchen. A prior guest had left partially eaten food in the refrigerator, which had not been removed. We could not get the washing machine to work and, in any case, it had a lot of mold in it. The furniture, especially in the living room, was a little tired, and the decor felt like you were staying in your younger brother's apartment, i.e., not exactly sophisticated or 'decorated'. WiFi worked well. Overall, though, the great location outweighs any of these small quibbles, and this is a very good choice for SS. -

This apartment was exceptionally well located, in a clean and quiet building, comfortable, and everything we needed to make it feel like home. The feelfreerental people are very accomodating. Everything that we requested was handled immediately. This was our second time using feelfreerental, have recommended to others who were very satisfied, and will use them again on my next visit to San Sebatian (Donostia).

La atención y organización han sido muy correctas, desde su contratación hasta la llegada y salida. Ander, ya en destino, se portó estupendamente con nosotros. El apartamento esta verdaderamente bien equipado, amueblado y, excelentemente, situado. Hubiera sido preferible que los balcones dieran a la calle, pero ... El tema del aparcamiento también nos los solucionaron, durante la contratacion, perfectamente y a la llegada estaba totalmente coordinado.
Nosotros eramos dos pero estoy convencido que 4 hubieramos estado también muy confortables. La relacion calidad/precio es MUY Buena y Donostia es la ..., como siempre, y eso que nos ha llovido todos los días, menos el que nos veniamos ...

My wife and two kids stayed here for a week and it was a great experience. The only drawback I felt was that there was no where to sit outside the apartment comfortably(there are small balconys) without going all the way to the street, which I did and enjoyed it very much.
One cant say enough about the location, it is right in the middle of the downtown San Sebatian and you can walk everywhere. The beach was only a few blocks away and there are Tapas and Pintxo bars everywhere.
We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. -

Perfect appartment for a couple with children or two couples. Very well located, in one of the most commercial streets of San Sebastian. Quiet street at night but very lively during the day.We have a problem with the heating, but personnel were very kind and they solved the problem with interest and very fast.
I deeply recommend it and I will repeat the experience!!!

Katedral is a great apartment in a fantastic location - 5 min walk to old town, in the centre of the commercial district, brilliant!
I stayed there with my elderly parents, and we all found it fantastic.
The photographs on the site give a very fair impression of the apartment, though as you'd expect, they probably make it appear a little bigger than it is! That said, the size is more than adequate.
My complements too to alesandro, our contact. We got stranded due to volcanic ash, and had to extend our stay day by day. Alesandro was always available to assist with making / changing arrangements at short notice. -

The appartment was really clean and all equipment (except for the kitchen an bathroom) was really new. The location is great, it's a 5 minute walk to the old centre, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. If you take the elevator to the streets, you are instantly surrounded by nice shops and bars. There's also a supermarket at less than 5 minutes walk, so you won't be needing your car to get around.
The appartment is a top level appartment, wich means that on hot days, it can get quite "warm". luckily you can open all the windows, to get some air.
The kitchen is nice, but when you need to cook like we did (with a small kid) you miss alot of tools... we mentioned this to our contact, so maybe thats already fixed.
If you have children, the only downside to this great appartment, is that the livingspace is "not really big". So there's not much space to play.
One more tiny remark, on the website for this appartment they talk about "deckchairs" and "terrace". But this refers to a shared roofterrace, wich is not directly accessible through your appartment, and it is for all the residents of the appartment building. Not a problem, but just not so well described.
Pro's: Great appartment, very luxury (two flatscreen tv's) and modern. Great, or better said, perfect location.
Con's: A bit of small living room and at times it get's really warm. And the kitchen could use some more tools...
