This new, spacious apartment with a surface of 120 meters offers room for eight persons. The apartment is situated on the fifth floor, with lift. We stayed here as a family of four and had more than enough space. The location is perfect in the Gros district, minutes from the surf beach and a short walk to the center of San Sebastian. The rental agency was super helpful. The apartment is well-equipped in terms of furniture, kitchen items and bathroom fixtures. If there were two things we could change, it would be to have air conditioning during the summer (reason for only 3 stars for comfort) and wifi. Otherwise a perfect stay.

The apartment is situated just a few blocks from the surfing beach in the San Sebastian, away from the busier old part of town. The apartment has lots of light and room for the seven of us staying there. A park for kids, grocery store and ample choices for pintxos within a block or two. The building was well kept and quiet, the neighbors very friendly. Although not stated in the list of amenities, we wished the apartment had supplied: wi-fi, beach towels and clothes dryer. For light sleepers there was a lot of street noise when the windows were open. Shutting the windows blocked out the noise.

I stayed here with a group of friends at the end of June. Its just like the photos - bright, spacious, clean and modern, with two ultra moden bathrooms, one with a fantastic rainwater shower head - my favourite. There is a lift, so no carrying your bag up the stairs.
The location is good, towards the end of Zurriola beach, only a 10-15 stroll along the beach into the old town. There are a couple of supermarkets for supplies close by, a good coffee shop on the corner and quite a few good Pinxtos bars as well that are better priced than those in the old town (although there are many in the old town that are definitely worth visiting as well).
The only negative comes with being in the city. While it is on a quiet street, there is a lot of noise from the garbage trucks overnight. If you are a light sleeper and visiting in the summer, you may want to either take some ear plugs with you, or ask for a fan (as there is no a/c - it was high 30's on the day we arrived!!).
The only other point I would add, is that there is no tourist information pack, games, books, dvd's etc. in the apartment that you sometimes find in holiday rentals. Also, no wi/fi (this addition would make the apartment excellent...). So if you want entertainment for those rare times you are actually in the apartment - remember to take your own.
Overall, a great apartment, and an enjoyable stay in San Sebastian!!! -

The apartment looks exactly as the photos depict and is very clean. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped, and the bathrooms wonderful. You can see the sea from the side window and even walking to Ondarreta (my fav beach) did not take too long. It is in a nice quirky local area with a lot of nice bars and cafes nearby. The only downside was lack of wi-fi but as I was on holiday it was probably a good idea to switch off. We went to Macdonalds to quickly check our emails. The other thing is the street noise. There are recycling and other bins emptied on a couple of very early mornings. If it is hot I would recommend requesting a fan for the bedroom but other than that, would have no hesitation recommending.

Apartment was nice and newly renovated. There is no a/c however and it is too noisy at night to leave the windows open. There are garbage trucks, scooters, and people up at all hours so it is way too noisy to sleep with the windows open and too warm with no a/C. Nice location and nice apartment we just wish there was a fan or cooling unit. We had to buy ear plugs in order to sleep with the windows open.

The apartment doesn't have air-con as it says in the characteristics on our website. Most of the apartments in Sn.Sn. - north of Spain do not have, as we do not usually need them, except for a day or two in the whole year.
We could must probably provide you a fan, so next time, just let us know the issue while you are at the apartment.
Regarding the trucks and people, this is one of those things of staying in a city and not a big one!

We went to our daughters wedding and spain and had needed a place to stay that was close to the center of town! The Beti ana was selected and made what could of been a heckit overwhelming stay so much easier! The owner was gracious, acommondating, and so easy to work with. The apartment was everything and more then expected! I would stay there again in the future and honestly, now with family there, we will! Thanks ander, for everythins!!!

Travelled to San Sebastian with a group of seven friends for my 50th Birthday celebrations. Feel Free Rentals were a total delight to deal with, friendly, helpful and prompt to respond to any queries. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. Very high standard of accommodation and facilities, we had everything we needed and more besides. The location was excellent, just three minutes walk from the beach at Zurriola and very close to bars and supermarkets. To walk to the Old Town took 10-15 minutes along the beach front. Everything about San Sebastian and Beti ana exceeded expectations. Very sad to leave.

This was an excellent place to stay for the conference facilities in the new town. and only 2 minutes walk to the beach. 15 minutes walk to the old town too. very spacious - 5 of us stayed here, great having 2 bathrooms. kitchen facilities also pretty good.

Stayed with my husband and 1yr old and my parents, my sister and sister's fiance - plenty of space for all of us including baby. Apartment very nicely designed and decorated, seems very new and was very clean. Great location from our point of view... 1 min walk to Zurriola beach (smaller of sansebastian's beaches and more of the surfing beach). 5-10min walk into the old town, 10-15min walk to the centre where all the shops are or to the other main beach. Would definitely stay there again and would definitely recommend it to friends. Only very minimal point to mention for area for potential improvement is that kitchen is not very well equipped for doing your own cooking - a few main essentials like chopping boards etc missing (not a problem if you're always eating out obviously!), but didn't stop us from cooking anyway!
