The Kursaal apartment stands next to the spectacular Kursaal Conference Centre and just opposite the largest beach in San Sebastian, the Zurriola beach, a favourite among surfers.
The apartment is in a fully refurbished building. The apartment comprises two double bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second a hideaway.It is decorated with quality furniture and is very comfortable. It is well cut off from the noise of the street and has all the features and conveniences you need for an unforgettable holiday. My partner and I recently spent 1 week at this apartment and enjoyed the comfort of a well appointed apartment that was in a great location opposite the Zurriola beach and 5 minutes walk from the old town. On checkin the owner Lourdes was very helpful in showing us the apartment, despite not being able to speak english and us not knowing any spanish. We enjoyed the full kitchen facilities as we occasionally cooked instead of going out. It was great to have a washing machine as we were at the end of a 5 week trip in Europe and needed to do some washing. The air conditioning worked well and the wifi was great although we had to call Lourdes back after the first night as initially it wasn't working. The apartment was in a lovely building that had obviously been refurbished and we were pleased to see it had a lift as we were travelling with large suitcases. Overall the apartment was well appointed and furnished and we enjoyed our stay.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with a double been and the other with 1 twin and a pull out second twin, a nice size kitchen and bath and living room. We were two adults and 2 teen boys and very comfortable. (Having an apartment is great for a family with teens.) It's across the street from Zurriola beach, the river, the Maria Cristina Hotel (top location) is around the corner. The main bridge over the river, is steps from the front door takes you into the heart of San Sebastian where you'll spend most of your time. If you walk around the corner in the opposite direction there are neighborhood stores, grocery, etc., worth checking out. The apartment is located off the main street with balconies facing the inner central courtyard. I loved the sound of the birds and the very european view from the windows.
Check in was easy. We were met at the door when we arrived. A few phone calls quickly helped us with the details we missed. Be sure you understand how to set up your internet, use the washing machine and shower before the person greeting you leaves. All confusion on our part was quickly answered.
Note - it's not on LaConcha beach (15 min walk) and the Kursaal Convention center sits across the street when you exit the front door. It blocks the view to the beach but the beach is right behind it. The proximity of the beach allows you to stroll over when you wish.

This apartment, it's owner, the location, and rental agency were terrific. I traveled with my 24 year old son and we each had our own space. The apartment is updated and in perfect condition. It is extremely clean and spacious with two tiny balconies. It also included a washing machine and a drying area outside. The location was perfect for the Zurriola Beach and a nice walk to La Concha Beach. We walked everywhere. The only potential problems were actually finding the apartment as the streets are all one way, where to park, and that the owner speaks only Spanish. iPhones helped us navigate the streets, the owner escorted us to private resident parking ($20/day), and my son's Spanish is very good. We were shown how to opiate everything and told where the closest grocery was located (around the corner), and where to eat. We knew we had chosen an apartment with an interior view which made it nice and quiet at night. We would definitely rent this apartment again.

A beautifully decorated, spacious and really comfortable flat, with a well-equipped kitchen and two small balconies. It's across the road from the surfing beach and it's a two minute walk away from the old town. We had such a lovely time in San Sebastian, made all the better for staying in this beautiful flat.

Cet appartement est neuf, bien décoré et parfaitement tenu. la propriétaire est disponible et peut être rejointe aisément. Il est près de la mer mais la vue du balcon donne sur une cour intérieure ce qui est un peu dommage.
C'est un appartement que je conseille sans hésitation. -

Booking with feelfree rental completely easy. The apartment was easy to find, Lourdes very helpful. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. It was great to have basics supplied such as washing liquid, dishwasher tabs etc.
The location was perfect, opposite the surf beach, with a lot of nice restaurants in the area. Also a quick walk to the old town and other beaches.
We had a little trouble connecting to the wifi, but this was quickly sorted out with the help of Lourdes.
The town is beautiful, food fantastic. We travelled a lot around the region. We would gladly return tomorrow. -

We loved this apartment and it was perfect for our stay (couple with 4 yr old son). The location is the best thing - right in the centre, and so near the old town tapas area. Opposite the surfing beach and only 5 mins walk to the Concha beach.
The apartment is very nicely done out with small balcony overlooking a central courtyard. As it's overlooking the courtyard you don't get traffic noise even though you are on a main road.
I have been recommending San Sebastian, and this apartment to everyone. Beautiful city, friendly people and great food. Everyone made us very welcome (even with a 4 yr old in tapas bar at 9pm). We would love to visit again.
Only other minor comment i would have is that in the description it lists "bath" i took that to mean an actual bath rather than bathroom which we wanted for our son. there is actually only a shower. So please update the description. -

San Sebastian is an amazing city and the Kursaal apartment is the perfect base from which to explore!
Our hostess' Lourdes should be rightly proud of this property. It's finished to a high standard and it really is a comfortable home away from home.

The apartment is not really spacious but very confortable and functional. The location it's perfect for everything you need to do in the city, nearby the center, the old part and just few steps from the zurriola beach.

This apartment had a fantastic location. Parking was a little tricky, the rental company had a space reserved but the owner did not know about the arrangement. Don't park at the Kursaal it ended up $$$- $35 cd/day. The wifi took a little work to set up but the owners were very accomodating. It has a balcony but you are facing the courtyard, which is very peaceful. The apartment was a nice size, clean and comfortable. A neighbor was doing some construction work, unfortunately starting at 0800 am but I guess not much you can do about that!

Brilliant location, friendly and helpful staff (Ander), very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen table was very small, not enough space for two adults and two kids (not a big problem). Overall a very nice place to stay in San Sebastian.

I can't think of one negative comment about this rental. I stayed here with three friends for a relaxing get away and we all loved everything about this place.
It is in a great location - across the street from the beach, a short walk to the old town, close to shopping. It had everything we could want to make our stay comfortable - full kitchen including a dishwasher, washer and dryer, two balconies, internet access etc. Lourdes, the property manager, greeted us on our arrival and was very helpful about showing us how to use everything and providng maps and information on the town. Overall, great place to stay. -

Carlos and Lordes were both a great help and very friendly towards me as I flew from australia, sight unseen to San Sebastian and had many questions as you can imagine.
Whilst check in was a little difficult for me as I did not take a mobile phone to call Lordes, the local people were very approachable even in my broken Spanish and I made it to the apartment without too much issue.
Lordes was a joy to meet and the first impressions of "Kursaal" was amazing. The location can't be beaten and the Feel Free staff made the visit one of the best I have had.
I would recommend using both this company and this apartment to all my friends and family and I can not wait until I am next travelling over to Europe so I can come back. -

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment.The owner was there to meet us when we arrived, she was a lovely lady who was very helpful.
The apartment is in an excellent location, across the road from the beach and no more than 10 mins walk to anywhere worth seeing in san Sebastian.It really felt like a home away from home for us.
I highly recommend it and we would stay there again when we go back to San Sebastian. -

Our group of three adults and a two year old stayed here for a week and loved this accommodation. It was really well set up - very comfortable. Great central location for accessing the different areas of the city. The owners were really friendly and helpful. They spent some time making sure our wifi worked and fitted in with our departure time. I thoroughly recommend this accommodation.
