The apartment is located beside the city's Old Town in an area of Belle Epoch-style buildings with views of the sea and Zurriola Beach.
Miramar is the newest of these buildings, reconstructed 15 years ago and equipped with all the conveniences of a modern apartment building (elevator, car park, concierge). It is one of several sandstone buildings along the seafront with balconies overlooking the Atlantic.

This apartment with ocean views was exactly as advertised. It was a quick walk down to old town tapas area and the optional parking space is a big bonus since parking in the city is a problem. Check in was easy and timely. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Loved all the books/maps that the owner had left. A great choice in San Sebastian - quiet, but close to all the action!

The flat is perfectly located on the water, near the old town, markets, Port. The apartment was nicely furnished, very modern and comfortable. The kitchen could have had a few more essentials like coffee, filters, butter...
Free rental agents were great, helpful. We were met upon arrival, given directions, keys and were informative on the area.

Alessandro met us immediately and was so helpful. This was such a good deal for such a beautiful apt. My daughter is studying in San Sebastian. I have never rented apt. before, so I was unsure about it. What a comfortable way to visit a city. This place was outstanding.

Ander met us promptly outside the apartment and gave us useful information about the city. This spacious 7th floor apartment in the old part of town has spectacular views over the beaches and promenades. Excellent tapas bars and restaurants are within a few minutes walk, as are other attractions including the aquarium and old fort. It is well worth paying extra for the private underground parking. The compulsory 50 euros cleaning fee is rather unusual, and perhaps should be subsumed into the rental cost.

Miramar is a lovely apartment - very clean and well maintained - it is also very spacious. It is in the perfect position - overlooking the atlantic Ocean. San Sebastian is a vibrant and exciting town. Ander's service was wonderful and he has been very helpful.

It was walking distance to the parte vieja for the pintxos crawl. The apartment was an attic unit in a nicely refurbished building next to the promenade and it was on the 7th floor. We would open the windows to hear the waves and feel the breeze.
We felt safe since it was a residential building and there
was a security deskperson at night.
A representative from Feel Free Rentals met us on arrival

We stayed in your property right downtown on the river with a view of the beaches. The property was convienent to all the great tapa resturants and tourist attractions and was comfortable, light and breezy. We loved it.

We spent a few days there. The flat is in a very good location and suited quite well our needs. Parents and 3 small children. Kitchen with sort of minimum set of kitchen utensils. Enough for breakfast and to prepare lunch etc to the children a few times. Check out and in processes went well and the guy welcoming us was really nice. Right next to the old town and closest beach can be seen from the window.
