The Alameda apartment is situated on the Boulevard, one of the main pedestrian avenues in San Sebastian. The Boulevard separates the city Centre from the Old Town and the neighbourhood of Gros.
Its strategic location makes it an ideal vacation apartment, close to all tourist attractions and services offered by this holiday resort.
The spacious accommodation (110 square metres) consists of three bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms.

We have stayed in numerous apartments in different parts of the world- and this one was probably the nicest. It has 3 bedrooms with closet space, a sitting room, a dining area and a kitchen with seating space. It is pristine, and beautifuly furnished. The company was amazing. Their service outstanding. on our arrival someone waited with the key in the rain half an hour as we were held up in traffic! The location is perfect- 5 minutes from the old city, market and beach. We had a wonderful stay!

The location of this apartment was exceptional! Being across the street from Old Town, the beach and the park was fantastic. It made walking to where we wanted to go very easy. The only downside is that it was rather noisy being right off the main boulevard. We left windows open as it was very hot when we arrived. When it cooled down and we were able to close them it was much quieter. The apartment was beautiful and clean, nice layout. It didn't have a microwave like it said on-line. But the manager did find us a fan to make our stay more pleasant when it was so hot. It would have been nice to have an alarm clock in the master bedroom. All in all, a very good experience. I would recommend this apartment.

We were in San Sebastian for a family wedding and were traveling with other family members. The apartment more than filled our needs and could not have been improved upon at all. Check in was a breeze, as allesandro met us right on time and showed us the rooms and introduced us to the neighborhood. The location proved to be an excellent spot for exploring San Sebastian and other spots in Basque Country.
We had a fantastic meal at one of the lovely restaurants along the docks.
Our entire experience was superb and we would recommend the alameda apartments to anyone traveling to San Sebastian.

After some initial bumps( no wine cork srew, toaster, and tricky TV we we're able to settle into the flat. The very best thing about this flat is its incredible location. You just can't beat it. It's a two minute walk from old town, La Concha beach, and Mercado De la Brexta. We really enjoyed the patiserie, and two yes two gelaterias right downstairs. Alex, our contact was quick to respond to our needs, and we dream of returning soon.

My family of four (two small children) plus my mom and her husband were all very comfortable in this apartment. It was a big apartment, very clean and most utensils were provided. It was steps from the beach, shops and all the Tapas bars. I would definitely stay in this apartment again. Plus they provided us with a baby bed and chair which was a huge help.

Check-in and check-out were well managed by anders, a friendly and helpful young man. The apartment is in an ideal location, comfortable, and well fitted out. All the amenities of San Sebastian/Donostia are practically on the doorstep - the Boulevard is full of life and gives access to beaches, the old town, harbour, shopping spots, restaurants, and the cathedral is also nearby. The bus station is an easy 20 min walk away.

Regarding the DVD, radio and so on, we usually have these items in most of our apartments, I am sure you saw it when you made the reservation. However, we always try to improve and we will inform the owner about these details!
