This new holiday apartment is situated on the fifth floor of a modern building (January 2011). It is the ideal vacation option for a couple who look for a quiet place in the city centre. It is next to La Concha beach and the Old Town.

Great appartment and location for beach and city centre. Appartment is ideal for a couple and is well furnished and fitted-out. Some small additional items such as decent cutting knives and boards would have been useful, as would a guide to the city and recommendations for bars and restaurants .

I had a marvelous stay in San Sebastian at the White apartment. The apartment has an elegant decor, the owners provided excellent service and the location offers easy access to beaches, restaurants and pintxos or (pinchos) bars. The price for the apartment was very reasonable.

The service was excellent. Ander was so helpful and very pleasant. We loved White apartment and were happy and comfortable there. The location was excellent and the amenities were very good. We would have liked internet connection and this was a nuisance but ander told us where to go. We were delighted with our stay and would recommend this apartment and this service.

The White apartment is a beautiful apartment and it is in the perfect location on the edge of the old town. It has a fantastic terrace! Only improvement would be what is provided in the kitchen - it was difficult to make a very basic meal when we arrived and the espresso machine is missing a piece so can't be used. I asked agent for a wooden spoon, tea towel and coffee maker and these were promptly provided. It also needs a vegetable/sharp knife, chopping board and dish rack (although there is a dishwasher) but there is now enough to get by. Agent suggested these weren't provided as the owner didn't really want the kitchen to be used but that was not the impression we got when we met the owner during our stay.

Unfortunately, it appears that this was not the case for your stay. We have taken in concern all your remarks and we assure you that the lackings have been taken care of now.
Your encounter with one of our agents implying that the owner does not really want the kitchen to be used must have been a lingual misunderstanding. We and also the owners are happy when the kitchens are used to the fullest.
