Pitipombo is a recently refurbished (June 2011) spacious and modern holiday accommodation. Decorated by professionals, there is a sober and at the same time, contemporary atmosphere all throughout the apartment.

It is ideally located in the main commercial area in San Sebastian and La Concha Beach is just round the corner (check the map). The pedestrian street is next to the Mercado de San Martin, an excellent quality shopping area where tradition combines perfectly with the latest trends.

This commodious vacation apartment (180 sq. m.) can accommodate up to 10 people. The hall gives direct entrance into the spacious open plan lou...nge which has been divided into two different areas. On the one side, there are two large sofas, one of them is a sofa-bed, and a 51inch flat screen TV. On the other side, there is a relaxing and bright area next to a baywindow.

At one end of the lounge there are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the other bedroom has two twin beds.

At the other end, there is a colourful and modern fully equipped kitchen, a second bathroom and a dinning room with a large table with seating for 10 people. Next to the dinning room you will find the third bedroom, where there are two single beds which can become four, and the third bathroom.

All bathrooms at Pitipombo have a shower.

One of the strong points about this holiday apartment is its location. Not only will you be staying in a pleasant pedestrian street, right in the main shopping area in San Sebastian, but also a stone’s throw away from La Concha Beach. From here, it is just a five minute stroll along the promenade to the Old Town and the harbour.

  We were very pleased with these apartment, as we were two families with small children looking for a place near the beaches, in down-town, but in a quiet area (in the evening). Very busy during the day with ample opportunities for shopping. The apartment itself was exactly what we were looking for, practical with nice rooms. Will stay there again if we come back to San Sebastian in numbers.

• Group staying for wedding in San Sebastian

  Great Size, perfect location shame about the plumbing in the toi

  When we arrived at this apartment I was delighted with the size, it's bigger than it looks in the pictures and is very tastefully decorated. The location is perfect too, beside shops, beach and close to good restaurants, you can walk to everything.
  
  The only downside was the sickening smell of sewage in the bathroom of the master bedroom, which if you close the door doesn't affect the rest of the apartment but after the first day we couldn't bare the smell anymore and just used the other toilets which there are two of but on the other side of the apartment. We contacted the apartment rep and he apologised but could do nothing about it. I would stay there again as it is a really great apartment otherwise, but I would want a discounted price if the toilet was not repaired.
  
  This apartment also has a hairdryer and iron which were not listed on the apartment page but for me were a must because I was going to a wedding.

  Entrada y salida del piso sin problemas, tal y como se habĂ­a acordado.
  
  El piso está verdaderamente bien, y la ubicación es inmejorable, a escasos 5 minutos de paseo de la Concha y la zona vieja, y apenas un paseo al Kursaal y el barrio del Gros.
  En general todo impecable, salvo un pequeño detalle. Tuvimos que tirar flit en la cocina y la zona habilitada como comedor, así como en una habitación a causa de las hormigas y algún que otro insecto.
  
  Resumiendo, excelente elecciĂłn para un grupo de personas que busquen cercanĂ­a a la playa y a la principal zona de pintxos.
