The holiday apartment La Terraza is a modern accommodation situated at the very heart of San Sebastian, just a step from La Concha beach (see the map).

The vacation apartment is located at the top of a building with a lift. It is distributed over a total surface of 52 square metres and has a spacious open plan lounge-dining area with a kitchenette.

      Walk out the bus station and down Calle Easo and you are there in minutes. Elevator is small but does the job so you don't have to carry bags up 6 flights of stairs - you will want to walk the stairs after eating pintxos every day. Arrangements were all as planned and apartment big, bright and clean. Nice to have a desk as well. Bedroom is small with an interior window so very quiet and good for sleeping but no real natural light coming in. Would have liked to have a toaster and a drying rack.

      Great location, lovely terrace, clean apartment! My only recommendation is that it's time to switch out the couch, and a drying rack would be a welcome addition.
      Other than that, it was one of our favorite stays in all of Spain!

      All in all, an excellent experience. Agent greeted us at the agreed time, showed us around, gave us keys and left - how it should be done. Apartment photos were very accurate and it was very well maintained with high end appliances. Terrace is excellent too - the apartment is on the top floor so benefits from good views without traffic noise. Location is great - 100m from the beach and close to some great bars and cafes, less manic than the Old Town but close enough if you want that. Highly recommnded.

      La Terraza is a perfect location, is a couple of blocks from the beach and a short walk from old town. The apartment had everything that you would require of a self catering accomodation. Oh but the bed is very hard, was not very comfortable.

      I'll preface by saying we were very happy with our stay and would certainly consider staying again. Great location, lovely terrace, and generally well-appointed. Friendly reception, a bottle of cremant chilling in the fridge made the welcome to San Sebastian all the warmer.

      The following are intended as suggestions for improvement, as I believe we were the first tenants of the property after renovation:
      - bed is as hard as a rock, and this from someone who prefers firm mattresses. A mattress pad would be welcome.
      - terrace could use an awning or umbrella to shade the sun
      - add towel rack or hooks for hand towels in the bathroom
      - consider adding small waste bins to the bathroom, bedroom
      - provide dish drying rack, soap, sponge

      It's a shame that the parking option (a garage located nearby) closes at midnight. This makes one of the main reasons we wanted parking (late night dinner/outing outside SS) inconvenient and it wasn't communicated on the site.
