The holiday apartment La Terraza is a modern accommodation situated at the very heart of San Sebastian, just a step from La Concha beach (see the map). The vacation apartment is located at the top of a building with a lift. It is distributed over a total surface of 52 square metres and has a spacious open plan lounge-dining area with a kitchenette.
The most noteworthy feature in this holiday apartment is its fabulous sunny terrace, fully equipped with outdoors' furniture. It is a large and discreet space facing southeast, what makes it ideal for all those sunny days during your vacation. This wonderful terrace looks onto the street and... covers all the apartment's length. It is possible to access it from the lounge, the dining area or from the kitchen. As the holiday apartment La Terraza is an attic and has very large windows all over, it is a sunny and bright accommodation. Besides, it has been equipped with specially designed curtains that keep the heat outside even on the warmest days during the summer months.
This holiday accommodation has a modern fully equipped kitchenette so that you will be able to enjoy delicious meals, both inside and outside. The double bedroom faces a quiet courtyard and has a queen size bed and a fitted wardrobe.
La Terraza is the ideal vacation apartment for a couple spending their holidays in San Sebastian, it is close to everything and just a step from the famous beach of La Concha.
At he same time, the San Martin market, where all sorts of food products together with fashion and leisure items are sold, is just round the corner from the apartment.
The holiday accommodation La Terraza offers independent heating system, Wi-FI Internet and the possibility of reserving parking, in case you are visiting the city by car. However, this is the perfect apartment if you want to enjoy the city on foot, as all the attractions are just 5-10 minutes away.
Additional amenities include: parking under request, coffee maker, heating, microwave-oven, wi fi (high speed), bed linen & towels changed weekly, close to grocery stores, complete set of kitchen utensils, mixer, climate control, shower, breakfast bar, lift, desk, sheets, ironing set, blinds, outdoor furniture, juice-squeezer, baby crib & chair for free, next to the beach.

We stayed in La Terraza Sept 2013 & found it a terrific base in Donostia/San Sebastian. Perfect location for markets, beaches, restaurants, shops; car park at St Martin market/shopping centre just around the corner v convenient (no public on-street parking). Quiet, comfortable, exactly as pictured on website, and excellent value in a city which is generally very expensive for holiday accommodation (but so worth it!).
More than anything, it was the experience of dealing with FeelFree Rentals which made this stand out, from the booking process to the on-time, effortless check-in and check-out with alessandro. We have found everyone at FeelFree a pleasure to deal with, and extremely accommodating - so much so that we have just booked another apartment with them for 2014. Highly recommended.

It's hard to imagine a better location in San Sebastian than this swish flat. Close to everything, especially the beach, with modern spaces opening out onto a nice terrace where we spent a lot of happy time. A good kitchen, decent wifi and nice views out over the rooftops. If the weather's warm and you're planning to swim make sure you bring beach towels and hope the airconditioning has been improved since our stay.
Great service from Feel Free Rentals. Will definately use them a

Went online as wanted to book a holiday in San Sebastion. Had never heard of Feel Free Rentals before so didn't know what to expect. Found the ideal apartment 2 minutes from the beach. Feel Free Rentals were brilliant throughout. Nothing too much trouble. Great apartment. Perfect location. Thanks

Walk out the bus station and down Calle Easo and you are there in minutes. Elevator is small but does the job so you don't have to carry bags up 6 flights of stairs - you will want to walk the stairs after eating pintxos every day. Arrangements were all as planned and apartment big, bright and clean. Nice to have a desk as well. Bedroom is small with an interior window so very quiet and good for sleeping but no real natural light coming in. Would have liked to have a toaster and a drying rack.

Great location, lovely terrace, clean apartment! My only recommendation is that it's time to switch out the couch, and a drying rack would be a welcome addition.
Other than that, it was one of our favorite stays in all of Spain!
Excellent apartment - superb location

All in all, an excellent experience. Agent greeted us at the agreed time, showed us around, gave us keys and left - how it should be done. Apartment photos were very accurate and it was very well maintained with high end appliances. Terrace is excellent too - the apartment is on the top floor so benefits from good views without traffic noise. Location is great - 100m from the beach and close to some great bars and cafes, less manic than the Old Town but close enough if you want that. Highly recommnded.

La Terraza is a perfect location, is a couple of blocks from the beach and a short walk from old town. The apartment had everything that you would require of a self catering accomodation. Oh but the bed is very hard, was not very comfortable. Read more
Hello Kellie, the bed has a high quality mattress, may be a bit hard. We are going over this subject and decide whether we need to change it, thank your for your review. It help us to make possible a perfect stay!
24/10/2012 >> We have decided to improved the mattress, a bit softer now!

I'll preface by saying we were very happy with our stay and would certainly consider staying again. Great location, lovely terrace, and generally well-appointed. Friendly reception, a bottle of cremant chilling in the fridge made the welcome to San Sebastian all the warmer.
The following are intended as suggestions for improvement, as I believe we were the first tenants of the property after renovation:
- bed is as hard as a rock, and this from someone who prefers firm mattresses. A mattress pad would be welcome.
- terrace could use an awning or umbrella to shade the sun
- add towel rack or hooks for hand towels in the bathroom
- consider adding small waste bins to the bathroom, bedroom
- provide dish drying rack, soap, sponge
It's a shame that the parking option (a garage located nearby) closes at midnight. This makes one of the main reasons we wanted parking (late night dinner/outing outside SS) inconvenient and it wasn't communicated on the site. Read more
