Old Town | Just refurbished & wifi

The vacation apartment Old Town is located on the second floor of a building with lift found at the very heart of the city, in the Old Quarter.

This holiday accommodation has just been totally refurbished (completed in July 2012), and it is perfectly equipped, including an excellent soundproof layout to keep away the outside noise. Although the apartment has new good quality windows, at Feelfree Rentals we do not recommend this holiday accommodation to those who are rather sensitive to street racket. It should be taken into account that the apartment Old Town is situated in one of the main streets for pintxo bars and restaurants.

... There are three double bedrooms at this vacation apartment. The main one has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. It faces the building courtyard, so you can be sure it is a very tranquil bedroom.

The other two bedrooms share the second bathroom. One of them has two single beds and the other, a comfortable queen size sofa bed. These two bedrooms have a balcony onto the street; the latter is used as the sitting-room as there is a TV set apart from the sofa bed already mentioned.

The holiday accommodation Old Town also offers a modern totally equipped kitchen fitted with all the necessary electrical appliances as well as kitchenware and tableware.

The vacation apartment Old Town has ADSL Wi-Fi Internet system and gives you the possibility of making free national phone-calls.

If what you want for your holidays in San Sebastian is a vacation apartment right in the Old Quarter, where some of the best pintxo bars and restaurants are located, then Old Town is the accommodation for you.

Besides, just a five minute stroll from the apartment is La Concha beach to the right, and La Zurriola, the surfers’ beach, to the left.

  From arrival, being met by the very helpful rep, it was more than we could have imagined. The apartment was clean, spacious, modern, convenient for everything. Absolutely fantastic. The only complaint, and its a very small one, is the lack of mirrors in the bedrooms. Getting ready to go out to the bars and resturants one really needs to be able to see how you look from top to bottom. Other than that, I would recommend this apartment and San Sebastian, to anyone and everyone. Will def be going again if possible.

  Swanky apartment in fantastic location!

  We were more than impressed with this apartment in the heart of the old town. Plenty of space and all mod cons. The location is in the pedestrianised area above some bars and restaurants but the double glazed windows block out most of the noise. The decor is modern, clean with all facilities you would expect and more. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

  This apartment is beautifully furnished and fitted. No complaints on quality of apartment.
  
  Only reservation is that apartment just needs some airflow, if the windows are open at night it is extremely noisy, although this is worked through in a few days. Just need a fan which I understand can be requested.
  
  Cannot fault at all the representative who met us. He was punctual and very informative... and very busy.
  
  One of the best attractions of this apartment is that some of the best pinxtos bars are just a few meters away, and each day you are fairly much halfway between each beach to decide where you are going to end up for the day.

  Beautifully restored apartment right in the centre of the old town. Well equipped kitchen & very comfortable beds. Very close to both main beaches. No air conditioning but apartment was quite cool anyway. It is quite loud downstairs as you are above several bars and restaurants but if you close the balcony doors sleeping is no problem. So close to everything.
