The exclusive holiday accommodation Basque is perfectly equipped and ideally located so that you and your party will enjoy a very pleasant and quiet holiday in San Sebastian.This vacation apartment is situated in one of the most exclusive and peaceful areas in the city. It is the perfect option for those looking for a very special holiday accommodation, both for its high quality equipment and decoration as much as for its location and tranquility.

The holiday apartment Basque is located within an old mansion found on the gorgeous walk which runs along the river, just a few metres away from the river-mouth, between the Maria Cristina Bri...dge and the Santa Catalina Bridge.

It is a recently refurbished building which has been divided into modern and elegant apartments. It is a totally enclosed property surrounded by a fenced-in yard and has a direct access both from the walk by the river as well as from the main street.Besides all this, it is also worth mentioning the breathtaking views of the gardens situated between the house and the river.

The vacation apartment Basque has a totally equipped and spacious open plan lounge-dining room with large windows giving amazing views over the gardens and the river. In the lounge area there is a comfortable chaise longue, a 42” flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player..There is a modern fully equipped kitchen by the lounge. Nothing to be missed for you and your party to prepare delicious meals to be eaten in the dining area or in the pleasant terrace, weather permitting.

The main bedroom and the second bedroom are also next to the lounge. The first one has a queen size bed, large fitted wardrobes and, the same as in the lounge, beautiful views over the gardens and the river. The second bedroom has two bunk-beds and direct access to the terrace.

The holiday apartment Basque is fully furnished and benefits from air conditioning, under-floor heating, electric shutters and blinds and closed-circuit background music. There is even the possibility of renting a parking space within the same building at the moment of booking the apartment.

Apart from all these benefits, this vacation apartment is close by to everything. There is only a 5-10 minute walk to the Zurriola Beach, La Concha Beach or the Old Town. On the other hand, there are all sorts of shops as well as bars and restaurants about 200 metres away.

  It was all very simple, from the phone call at the airport being met at the apartment by the most helpful representative. The apartment was fabulous very modern clean tidy with everything you need , the location was great or us, we were in San Sebastián to compete in the European indoor athletics championship so we walked to the stadium each day and at night just a stroll over the bridge to enjoy an evening of good food.
  Loved it all would definitely stay there again

  We stayed the week of October 20th. Two adults and two teenagers. Plenty of room. Very clean. Easy access to old town for tapas. Quiet building. All of the light switches and blind/shutter controls on wall panels. Found them a little tricky at first. Cute little balcony. Only gets a small bit of afternoon sun. We were surfing and a bit of a distance for walking in wetsuits. Otherwise I would recommend. Room for basic cooking only.

  This is a very roomy, comfortable apartment in a great position. It is an easy walk to beaches, restaurants and shopping. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood and the garage is great if your travelling by car. Our meeter/greeter was on time and very helpful in showing us around.
  The second bedroom is a bit small probably only suitable for kids. Kitchen was well equipped and it had a great bathroom with large shower.
  One of the major points for us with this apartment was the level of security. It is a gated property with secure entry.

  This appartment was the perfect choice for us. The accomodation was immaculately presented and was a lovely 5-10 minute walk along the river bank into the old town or to the beaches. Had fun working out the hi-tech switches that control the shutters, lighting and air-con, although some written instructions would be good. The parking below ground level was convenient for us to leave the car while we explored the city on foot. The apartment was quiet and very secure. The chap who came to let us in was very friendly and helpful, giving us a good list of his favourite bars and restaurants. I would certainly chose to stay here again.

  Tranquility by the river

  This is an excellent apartment in a wonderful location. The apartment is a sensitively restored to a very high standard. The main bedroom has an excellent double bed and the second room has interesting bunk beds which pull down from the wall and are the most comfortable I have slept in. The apartment has a high tech controls which look after the blinds shutters music and heat. The location is brilliant close to everything and yet surprisingly quiet. The view out over the river is really nice. I had no problems at all and enjoyed our nights here.
