The holiday apartment Gros Beach in San Sebastian is an exclusive accommodation both due to the interior decoration as much as for the facilities it has to offer. It has an enviable location next to the Zurriola Beach, also known as the Gros Beach.

This vacation apartment was renovated by a prestigious interior design firm during the spring-summer of 2012; it was a total refurbishment down to the last detail.

The holiday accommodation Gros Beach is located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift. This building, classed as cultural and architectural heritage, has side views to the sea and the Gros Beach. The interior of the a...partment has been distributed in 85 square metres, perfectly laid out among all the rooms.

There are two double bedrooms in the accommodation. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the second one has two single beds. Both have spacious fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and a small balcony enjoying side views of the beach.

The kitchen, although totally separated from the lounge-dining area, is perfectly integrated within this room. A glass sliding door and a large window divide the open plan lounge-dining area from the kitchen keeping away cooking smells and smoke.

This is a beautiful designer’s kitchen, fully fitted with modern electrical appliances and all necessary equipment, so that you and your party will enjoy delicious meals during your holidays.

The open plan lounge-dining room is a spacious area full of light thanks to the high ceilings, the large windows and the light colours used on the walls. Another charming detail in the decoration of this wonderful vacation apartment is the concrete columns within sight.

There is also a large sofa bed in the lounge giving the accommodation capacity for up to six people.

The holiday accommodation Gros Beach has two modern fully equipped bathrooms, both fitted with shower cubicles. Besides, next to the entrance hall there is a laundry-room where there is a washing machine and a tumble-dryer machine.

This vacation apartment offers Wi-Fi Internet system and the possibility of contracting a parking space in a carpark just five minutes away from the accommodation.

There are all sorts of shops, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area, which is quite lively during the day but peaceful and quiet at night. Just a five minute stroll will take us to the Old Quarter, great for nightlife and countless pintxo bars and traditional restaurants.

  El apartamento es precioso y esta equipado con todos los detalles. Estuvimos 6 personas el fin de de la behobia san sebastian y todos repetiriamos sin dudarlo.
  Al final de la playa de zurriola se puede dejar el coche todo el fin de semana por un par de euros.

  Es un buen apartamento de lujo y es por ello que deben invertir en colocarle aire acondicionado. Aun cuando puedes dejar la ventanas abiertas para tener ventilación, el ruido de la calle no te permite tranquilidad. El estacionamiento es un problema general de la zona, entiendo que poco pueden ofrecer ya que el estacionamiento publico es costos.

  Agradecermos mucho tu email, ya que al ser además un apartamento nuevo, nos permite hacernos una idea de los puntos en los que se podría mejorar.
  Tendremos en cuenta el aire acondicionado de cara al próximo verano ya que como te digo, este apartamento se estrenó en Septiembre.
  En cuanto al parking, ofrecemos un parking situado a 5 minutos del apartamento, con un precio más económico que cualquier parking público.
