Booking the accommodation was easy and the communications right up to arrival were excellent. The home was more than adequate for four persons, well equipped and importantly comfortable beds. Location and amenities were first class and the information provided was very handy.
There were one or two things that caused a little concern. Info said all towels and linen provided, pool towels would have been nice. To carry pool towels from UK adds significantly to baggage weight. A lot of keys for different locks but no duplicates causes problems if group decides to split for day or evening activities. Understanding was that home was a Villa when in fact it is a split level apartment in a block of like homes where there is a fairly constant movement of people until late at night. Having said that the accommodation and the holiday was enjoyed by all. -

The apartment was very nice and modern. The view from the balcony was great. The pool was a bit disapointing, as the "locals" were very unfriendly clearly not liking tourist to interupt their everyday life. The location of the apartment was a bit disapointing as we had to use our car for everything. The nearest city (Menaggio) was 15 min away. However, Lake Como was wonderful, and we travelled around. We even spent a day by Lake Lago (Switzerland) only 20 min away!

Splendid location for exploring the Lake and towns around it. We even got to visit Switzerland which is a short enough drive away to Lugano. Apartment is less than 2 hours to Malpensa airport. Accommmodation in great condition. Pool lovely, well maintained and very clean. Neighbours very select and trustworthy. I left a pair of expensive sunglasses by the pool and they were still there the following day. Overall a prime spot and highly recommended. Eugene and family from Ireland.

Highly recommended and lovely atmosphere. Perfect for ease of access for the Bellagio, Verenna and Menaggio trio. Apartment in good condition and a lovely place to stay.

We came to a brand new apartment with a nice balcony and a great view. We enjoyed the sunny mornings and the shady evenings. Lots of space "downstairs" for extra guests. Nice pool with the same fantastic view over the lake. Very fast, kind and friendly check-in and check-out.
