Beautiful holiday house for rent in Sardinia, San Teodoro.
1 km from the famous beach of "La Cinta" the flat, recently built and furnished, has the characteristics of the typical houses of the area with outside walls coverd with local stones and granite.
The flat (about 45 m2), at the ground floor and with independent entrance, is composed of a living room with dining table, kitchen with fridge, freezer, hon, oven, working table. Fully furnished with plates, dishes, pots, etc.
Separated by a plasterboard wall there is a room with two beds. There is also another bed in a corner of the living area.
