The detached house La Cinta, with garden, are building whit a precious architectural style, a wide and nice wiew over the sea, and solarium are 150 metres away from the famous beach La Cinta and about 450 metres from the San Teodoro center.

San Teodoro lies on an enchanting piece of coast in the North-eastern part of Sardinia. There are a lot of beaches with fine and white sand, an untouched deep sea and pink coloured rocks of granite sinking in a sea which is green like emerald; and all these aspects make Sardinia the favourite destination of many tourists.
At only 27 km from Olbia’s harbour and airport, San Teodoro offers a rich hinterland with its typical Mediterranean vegetation called " macchia " and several natural itineraries of rare beauty. The coast is very irregular, due to the promontories, the small beaches and the rocks, and it is therefore ideal for excursions by boat to the gorgeous isles of Tavolara, Molara and Molarotto.
The town offers the possibility to practice sporting activities such as riding, golf, tennis, diving, football, trekking, but it has also many pubs, discos, restaurants, farm-holidays which allow to spend a pleasant and peaceful holiday.
