Villa with 3 bedrooms sleeps 6 + 2 kids In total 8 max
The villa is a renovated building from the past, It is all fenced in and very safe for kids and family. There is a new swimming Pool with walling around for best privacy and a lovely Gazebo wiht extra bathroom and shower. The villa has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6 people, or up to 8 max. There is a lovely garden with figs, almonds and pears ready to be picked. The barbeque is standing outside in front of the villa and the long Veranda patio where 20 people can dine and party in total privacy. The villa stands in corner position on the country side road just about 2 miles out of San Vito Dei Normanni where you will find any facility you need including nightlife bars and clubs. From the villa you can reach 2 restaurants at walking didtance, but we do reccomand you have your own transportation.
From the villa you can easily reach any location in Puglia and come back within the day. For Example Lecce or Alberobello is 40 min. drive, Brindisi port and airport is only 10 min. drive (10 miles) while the airport in Bari is 1 hour drive.
The beaches can be reached with a 5/7 min. drive (5 miles only).
Beautiful Ostuni is only 10 min. drive (10 miles) here you'll find nightlife and historical architectures next to romantic walkings and views of the Adriatic Sea costline.

But refundable deposit can be in different currency.
