VILLA SANARY is a contemporary design villa available for seasonal rental all year long. Located in Provence, in Sanary-sur-Mer (Var department) in a private lane of a residential area. It's facing the bay and harbour of Bandol with a panoramic sea view. The villa includes all comfort for 8 people: 4 bedrooms with sea view, design furnishing, quality sanitary, kitchen and barbecue on a floral open terrace. A 2300m2 (25000ft2) garden hosts a swimming pool, and Mediterranean beaches are just a walk away.

VILLA SANARY is a full service villa conveniently located an hour drive from the Marseille Airport. Marie-Solange, the welcoming owner (...and proud builder!) will help you enjoy this unique location for a once in a life time vacation.

VILLA SANARY is a two story high large and airy dwelling nested on one of the nicest hills in the Provence Riviera area. Sanary-sur-Mer and Bandol are gated communities that boasts a wide expanse of beaches. Plus, no building will impede your view of the turquoise Mediterranean Sea.

There are three bedrooms in the villa ground floor, all are air conditioned, private closets and full bathrooms. All are sea view with their very own private terrace.

There is an indoor lounge with flat screen TV, international satellite cable channels, a DVD player, a stereo sound system with an iPod dock, wireless broadband internet and a massive working fireplace. An additional full bathroom is also available. There is a laundry room with a washer, a dryer, iron board and consumables.

Facing the sea there is a large partially covered terrace with to provide shade from the morning sun, equipped with deck chairs. Guests on wheel chair have access to the side pool steps, garden and to parking situated behind the villa.

Six people sleep on double or single beds in the three bedrooms on the ground floor villa.

On the upper floor there is one bedroom, air conditioned, with private walk-in closet, a full bathroom with Italian style shower, double sinks. The bedroom is is sea view with a private terrace and deck chairs. The master bedroom has book shelves and lots of storage space in the walk-in closet.

The dining room may seat up to 8 guests at the dining table, separated from the kitchen by a doorway. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with garbage disposal, dish washer, halogen glass stove with oven, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and the basic consumables so you don't need to rush to the nearest grocery store for shopping when you check-in. The living room has wireless broadband internet, a 52" flat screen TV, international satellite cable channels, a DVD player, a stereo sound system with an iPod dock. The Dining, living room and the kitchen are ocean view oriented with a nice sea breeze. A half bathroom with sink and toilet is adjacent to the dining-living room.

You will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea from the wide covered terrace accessible from the dining room, lounge and kitchen. This is a highly recommended place for dining and social gathering. This terrace is partially covered to provide shades from the morning sun and deck chairs to enjoy the sunset accompanied by your favorite drink.

The master bedroom roof top terrace, with its deck chairs, offers a more intimate and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the panoramic views of the aquamarine waters, the poignant intensity of the Mediterranean sunset. At night you may witness the full splendors of the moon reflected on the sea or on a moonless night a sky covered with stars. Every evening, the harbor color changing night lights are a never-ending spectacle of beauty.

A range of 2 to 8 people sleep at VILLA SANARY. There is a crib for families with babies and toddlers. The barbecue area is a wonderful gathering place at mealtimes. There is a roofed dining area with a dining table and chairs and charcoal barbecue for cooking and enjoying a relaxing family grill time.

The 4m x 11m (13ft x 36ft) lighted swimming pool is raised for better view and safety and is flanked by an invitingly shady cypress bush and a medieval marble floor. You may rest on the patio furniture shade by the thatched umbrella, lounge furniture or take a sunbath in one of the several lounging chairs. Tired of the pool? You may head down toward the beach for a joyful sojourn in one of the many local beaches.

VILLA SANARY has all the amenities you require to be comfortable, broadband wireless internet, satellite TV with movie channels, DVD player will fulfill your needs. The owner lives next to the site and is always ready to attend you while respecting your privacy all day long.

For those who may want to mingle with people, Sanary-sur-Mer or Bandol and its Casinos, discos, restaurants and bars is only a 10 minutes drive away either. Each of these vibrant Provence towns offer a variety of gourmet restaurants, cafes, shopping, nightlife and Casino.
