Welcome to villa Berta , a charming three bedroom house of character located in the village of Sannat. On the ground floor you will find one double bedroom with shower en suite, wide hall, soild timber kitchen, separate dining room, and a separate living room and spare toilet. At the back of the house is a south facing swimming pool (14x 26feet) and a barbque area, with enough space for outside dining and sunbathing. An internal stone staircase leads to the first floor. The charm of the island makes itself apparent as soon as you arrive. Sannat lies to the south of the island of Gozo, Sannat is a tranquil village, walking distance to the capital Victoria which is 2Km away. There are some good restaurants and bars. Sannat is great for walking and bike riding.
