Located right on beautiful St Georges Basin and only seven minutes from pristine Jervis Bay, ten minutes to glorious Hyams Beach and twelve minutes to the village of Huskisson. Premier waterfront position, ideal for the dedicated fisherman or boating enthusiast.
Relax and enjoy the views from the balcony with the kids in sight as they paddle in the sandy bottomed clear waters of St Georges Basin. Later on you can tuck the kids in front of the DVD player while you enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the upstairs balcony or while paddling along the waterfront hand in hand.

Location: Sanctuary Point is located on the pristine shores of the salt water lake of St Georges Basin:
From Sydney.
1. 23kms south of the Shoalhaven Bridge at Nowra, turn left at the sign for “St. Georges Basin, Tomerong, Jervis Bay”. This is Island Point Road.
2. Follow this road for 7km (at the second roundabout take the second exit. This road then becomes The Wool Rd.).
3. At the third roundabout, turn right into Larmer Ave.. Follow this road, which veers right into Paradise Beach Rd. Go past the shops (on left) and Country Club (on right).
4. At the third street past the Club turn left into Walmer Ave..
5. Walmer is about 1/4 km on the right
The number is on the fence and the house.
From Turpentine Rd (Via Nerriga) . When you hit the Princes Hwy turn right on to the highway. Then turn next LEFT at Island Point Rd and follow steps 1 to 5 .
