If you are looking for a high quality, well appointed and clean condo that is gulf front you have found it. This beautiful two bedroom, two bath condomimium is located in the Beachside One gulf front building in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Destin, FL. It is located just steps from parking, heated pool, boardwalk, and the beautiful beach of Sandestin. The convenient location and high quality of the condo makes it one of the best, and most affordable, condo's in the Sandestin and Des...tin area.

Spring 2012 improvements include new entertainment center in living room with 46" LED HD Toshiba Flat Sceeen TV, new sofa end tables, new coffee table, and new patio dining set with seating for six. Those great improvements followed the installation of new full size front load washer and dryer installed in January of 2012. New living room furniture, including queen sleeper sofa installed January 2011 and new HD flat screen TV's recently installed in master bedroom and queen bedroom. Granite kitchen counter tops, totally renovated master bathroom, and much more was completed in 2009 and 2010.

Staying in this 1,200 square foot condo puts you as close the pool, boardwalk, and beach as any condominium in Sandestin. Just 110' from the patio to the pool and boardwalk. Even though the pool is just steps away you will still enjoy the privacy of the condo and patio because the pool is wrapped around the corner of the building. This unit is absolutely perfect for families with children due to the easy and convenient location.

Master bedroom, with a king bed, has high quality furniture and a beautiful connected full size bath with new frameless glass walk in shower and large closet. The second bedroom has a queen bedroom and connected full size bathroom. The sofa in the living room easily converts to a full size queen bed.

  To say that we were skeptical about renting a condo in Florida from the owner as opposed to through expedia or some other travel site would be an understatement. A million "what if" statements were brought up, but renting the Beachside One condo from Gary was, without a doubt, the most pleasant renting experience we've ever had. Gary was unceasingly open and accommodating throughout the entire process. He was willing to work around our schedules and accommodate our needs with no hesitation.
  
  Within minutes of arriving to the condo we realized that any skepticism or doubt about renting by owner was completely unnecessary. The condo was perfect! I thought that it looked nice based on the pictures from the website, but they don't do the rental justice. Almost everything we needed on our trip, short of clothing, was provided. Just to name a few of the wonderful aspects of the condo, there are flat screen Tv's in every room, WiFi internet access, a spacious kitchen, and a wonderful back deck. I would suggest the condo to both family and friends, and to anyone who want to be sure that their vacation is nothing but relaxing.
  
  Beachside One is located in a great location on the beach. We were in walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants that appealed to both a younger or older guest. In addition, to restaurants and shops within walking distance, there are countless within a few minutes drive. The area can provide you with the feeling of being secluded on a beach getaway, or in the middle of the fun and excitement, all depending on what you want to do.
  
  We can't express how grateful we are to have come across Gary's rental. It was, by far, the most comfortable, relaxing trip we've ever had.
